I've often been tempted by the naturist village at Cap d'Agde in the South of France. Is it over commercialised/ swingersville now?

I think the answer is to just go, just be, and people will find you. You are looking for a women who has the body self-confidence and desire to run naked down the beach. That is a SMALL percentage. A needle in a haystack. Then from that tiny group you want one who wants to do it with a man, specifically one man, you. Searching out that women is almost inpossible. You may be approaching this wrong. You are SEARCHING for a companion. If you want to find that needle in the haystck, instead of examining every dead straw as a posibility use a magnate. Have the needle come to you. On a nude beach, unless you are a young Adonis, you are no different than all the other extra men. Moreover most of the women on a nude beach came with a protective companion. Lots to see but not a good place to try finding single women. Whereas if you wear a thong on a beach where almost no other man is brave enough, you are suddenly unique. Have the needle come to you. If a women sees a man brave and self confident enough to wear a thong when others don't, and they are tiny 0.1% who want to run naked, they will gravitate towards that man. On a beach with five single women your chance is slim. On a beach with 2,000 single women your chance of attracting that 0.1% is MUCH higher. Thonging on a crowded popular beach is going to be far better fishing than on a lonly one. However you must also be approachable. This means DOING something. Playing volleyball, flying a kite, picking up litter, playing ball with a dog, setting up an easel and painting. Maybe making paper airplanes or building sandcastles with some kids. Give them any excuse to come over and introduce themselves. The lines for the freshwater beach shower is a common place for shy women to 'acidentially' strike up conversation. Lying on a towel like a frightend rabbit is not going to work. In general women are attracted to men who are brave, kind, thoughtful and protector of others. These are good attributes to be irrespective of who you may attract. The other side of the coin is women don't want judgemental men, who's approval is conditional, who are going to tell them what to do or how to dress. Like, "I want you to be nude in public on a beach, that would make ME happy." You want it to be there inspiration. By wearing a thong where most people are not I am either mad or brave, or both. Check off Brave. I don't normally go nude so I don't have to search out nude beaches. On the other hand I often look nude, especially from a distance. Almost every day I am wearing what I think of as a "thong" but most would consider to be a small g-string. On the beach, round the town, on the waterways. Some people ignore or avoid. Being publicly adventurous, climbing mountains, sailing oceans, cycling across America or exploring Africa.
