Is Fort Myers Beach a good place for thongs? Will be in the area in March and am looking for thong friendly beaches.

Heading to Marco Island in May going to wear my Joe Snyder sock it thong. Wore a regular thong this past Septembet didn't have any problems. But the sock it doesn't leave anything for the imagination.

Anyone know more about Bunche? We'll be in that general area this summer.

JayByrd - Bunche Beach is not too large of a beach and when it's low tide it gets muddy there and it's like quick sand. Just an awful beach in my experience and would be worth spending the $6.00 bucks to go over to Sanibel and go to Bowmans Beach - Very Northern area of the beach to thong. Parking is expensive paid by the hour via a meter, but if you want a nice beach to thong skip Bunche Beach and Fort Myers beach and go to Bowmans.

@jtanguy thanks for the heads up on Bunche. It sounds like Bowmans is the better option.
