Re:How best to remove hair.

If you are prone to hair follicle infections after getting hair plucked, cocoa butter may not be an oil that's safe to use. Cocoa butter could clog pores. After any sort of plucking, I rinse the area with alcohol and then cover with my favorite choice of oil that won't clog the pores. High oil production/sweating areas, may need extra care. I like a regular iodine tincture to keep those areas free of issues.
The skin keeps itself nicely moisturized if covered daily with oil, but if you have dry areas you need a safe barrier oil.

Baby oil is mineral oil plus fragrance, it's a barrier oil, but I would not put that on my skin, nor a babies. It's up to you though. If you have no issues with cocoa butter, it's a much better choice, and it will absorb into the skin. I have never used pure cocoa butter on my face or pubic regions, so I'm just going by what I read.

The best way is either to have laser treatment - IPL is not laser- YAG laser is best. If you have blonde or white hair Electrolysis is the way to go. I have been getting electrolysis treatment for some time now. Laser doesn't work for me. Electrolysis is time consuming and expensive for larger areas but very much worth it. The results are permanent and cleared skin is silky smooth.Try whichever will work best for you.
