I recently came across this company: They have  number of various styles that are almost the same, but differ in the type of fabric and/or pouch design. Some of the pouches are customizable to the way your package is put together.

I bought a couple pair of Long Johns ('cause it's that time of year) with a "Hoist" pouch. They are nice — good construction, very anatomical, and low-rise. I will likely buy more stuff from them.

thanks J R for telling us about the McKillop brand, they're new to me - interesting pouch designs, and a good range of colours in thongs. I like that they offer 6 different sizes of pouch depending on your anatomy (regardless of waist size)
