 Was in my joe snyder sk sock-in gstring at tanjong beach early yday morning. Great sun, quiet beach. Tanned for about 2 hrs and left at 11am. 

 Finally went for the 1st time yesterday, Nice weather, quiet beach, and ended spending more time than was wise. (From 10am to about 3pm). On another note, have anyone face issues with uploading pictures?

 With the weather getting better, anyone else going down again?

 Have a 12 hr layover in Singapore on Wednesday. Can't wait to check out tajiong beach for a couple hrs!

Hi peeps! Tanjong beach tanning anyone?

Sooo guys . Giving a field report here : I decided to thong for the absolute first time in the beach. Having read this blog for many months now, I felt a bit emboldened and I decided to take the ferry to Lazarus where I knew I wouldn't be troubled since it was a weekday. Except, when I reached Marina St.pier (@12:45), I was told that the ferry would leave at 2:00 and the last return ferry would be at 2:45 which meant I'd just get 15 mins in there . I was really irritated with myself for not checking the time. But I didn't fear cos I read about Tanjong beach as well and went directly there. When I walked to the end of the beach there were just about 4 people , 2 girls and 2 guys all sitting individually and spread out. I found a spot under one of the huts and stripped down to my white skinxwear thong (not exactly a swimsuit but it was water repellent and not transclusent either ) . The feeling of wearing just a tiny thong on the beach was absolutely glorious. I went to swim in a bunch of times , walked around the area to a hotel set up at the end and even worked out a bit . No one said anything . Most of the women I saw along the way we're in Bikinis except one and most guys were in board shorts . At one point , two guys at different times did strip down to thongs or string bikinis but they left shortly after . I also saw these two angmoh girls who I think tried to take my pic cos they were giggling and holding up their camera in my direction . Oh well . I left the beach at 8 when it was dark and I was still in just the thong while carrying my back . These two women were behind me at one point and pretty sure they say my butt. I asked them directions to the bus stop , they gave it quite normally but I saw the younger girl laughing a bit . After this I put on my shorts and went to the stop . All in all, the experience was exhilarating . I sent lots of pics to my fiance who , despite her normally conservative background was very excited to see me in the thong and also to thong with me. I am looking forward to her joining me to the end of the year. As for those other guys who were in thongs, rock on ! I wouldnt have joined you since I wanted to do my own thing but I definitely appreciate your guts . Cheers !

So just another report, I recently went down to NTU's pool to chill. There were lots of kids playing in the pool so I went away from them . Moving on there were a lot of ang mohs sunbathing at the far end which is where I went. To start with, I stripped down to a skinxwear thong and since there were people on either side of me, I couldn't avoid them seeing me. There were two women in bikinis who got a full view of my butt in the thong and I saw them talk to each other and smirk at my thong. Shortly after I wore my desmiit Speedo on top of it - it's about 3/4th coverage and has a super thin strap at the sides , and I went swimming. There were some guys as well but no one said anything about my tiny swimsuit . Felt super good doing it. Had a great time swimming and reading in my Speedo for the day .

hi guys, i was googling for beaches in singapore, and i realize no one talks about siloso beach here. I'm flying to singapore tomorrow (14 may) , will be there for a week, plan to hit the beach most days.

really love Tanjong Beach, very quiet on weekdays, i was there 5 days in total , 4 on weekdays, 1 on weekend. Got myself crisp tan with a nice tan line. On different days i see man in their g-string or thong , at least 2 man on each day exclusive of myself. At Palawan Beach, tend to have more female in thong swimwear as compared to Tanjong Beach. Very nice, wish malaysia could have the liberal mindset to thong freely like at Tanjong Beach.

Hey Lionjaguar, earlier this year I was in Langkawi, Malaysia and I wore my g-strings on the beach several days with no problem. Maybe I was lucky! I guess, as someone said in one of the posts here, the thing is to wear with confidence and not behave furtively

steveeagle, i've done it at Penang's monkey beach, and Tanjung Rhu Langkawi. But the locals are somewhat more irritating, could be my projection, but even my female friends say the same, they feel less comfortable being with fully dressed beach goers in t-shirts etc.

Went thonging at TB today for the first time today! There's a few thonger and I'm definitely looking forward to more trips like today in the future
