I'm always wearing thong or g-string underwear. I also sometimes use thong swimwear. I like them skimpy with a narrow front pouch, but still giving some support. However, I like the suit to cover and keep all things in place.I have found that most thong and g-string underwear have too small front pouches if you are well endowed. This seems to be particularly true if you bye your thongs in ordinary shops. Why doesn't all manufacturers have the underwear in different pouch sizes? At least the more skimpy models. (Like Nitran, see below.)I therefore start this thread where we can post recommendations on suitable thongs for well-endowed guys.Personally I have found these brands and styles to be good:He (www.heswimwear.com):I order them with a bigger pouch than normal. I prefer the ultraslim front style or the g-string. I think they are the most comfortable thongs I tried. The thongs back string is just the right width.Nitran for men (www.nitran.com):Nitran have something every underwear brand should have: First you choose your size (XS - XXL). Then you choose your pouch size (XS - XL). This is a great idea! You can also choose from 8 front designs and 9 back designs! Their B9 back design is really great! They are very comfortable!Hillcrestswim swimwear (www.hillcrestswim.com):They have a specialty beachwear line with bigger pouches. I use these for underwear too. However, the thong backstrap is a bit too wide to be comfortable.Ergowear (www.ergowear.com):They have a line called X3D. They have a roomier pouch with a lot of push-up. They are very comfortable and good-looking.However, they have just about a bit too small a pouch for me.2(x)ist Y-back thong (www.2xist.com):Well, you can't say that the pouch is exactly of the skimpier type. But they are very comfortable.

He (www.heswimwear.com ):

Nitran for men (www.nitran.com ):

Ergowear (www.ergowear.com ):

northern lights. i've tried many other brands as well and i seem to have the same problem. i found Dore years ago and have been using her since. i special order all my pouches larger and she has no problem doing it. my first thong i ordered from her was of high quality but the pouch was too small. i loved all the other cuts she had availabe but i was affraid i wasn't going to be able to wear them. so i conntacted her and had them special made. and thats all i wear now

During the last year Ergowear (www.ergowear.com ) have introduced an underwear line with "extra large pouch". This line is great, although I would like to have the thongs in more colours! The "extra large pouch" is larger than the X3D (which in itself is larger than their normal front pouch) but not extremely large.

For underwear, I like the Seamless Microfibre CK has now discontinued.  I tried dozens of thongs and it was the best fit and lasted very well.  I wish CK would bring it back in more colors.  You can still find them on close out from some web vendors.  For swim, I really like Skinz M4.  It is a narrow cut not usually shown but very comfortable.  Order one size larger than normal for large equipment.  I wear an L in CK and an XL in Skinz.

I purchased this TX Flag Thong (link) as more of a gag gift, but it's actually amazingly comfortable for everyday wear. It really lets everything hang down but still provides support when needed.

It looks like the FlirtCatalog store sells other large pouch thongs which I plan to try. For example, this one: http://www.flirtcatalog.com/store/product.asp?itemnumber=32601

Other large pouch thongs I've found:
