Re：Thonging in Malaysia? Date Posted：06/10/2019 07:16:01Copy HTML I was over in KL for three days and I stayed at D'Majestic by Swiss Garden (excellent Air BnB host and site). It had an infinity pool and I went swimming in my thong for three days. It was quite excellent .
All three days there were a mix of 70% Americans/Europeans and there remaining being Malaysians/Indians and Chinese. I had a fun time swimming and relaxing and on the last day even asked a Malaysian Indian girl from a group to take a photo of me in the thong. She obliged and took a couple of decent ones.
The guards never asked me to change since everyone was in Bikinis or cheekies. So quite excellent that way. Always love to wear skimpy bottoms with my bum out.

Having said that I wore my thong in Langkawi whilst on holiday with no problem albeit on a quiet beach but there were some people around. I guess one has to be mindful of the surroundings and the people around you especially if they are locals

Some hotel/apartment/condos dont bother, while some is part of the house rules stating clearly no thong swimwear allowed. Most of the place i lived at are pretty lenient. I do ask our of courtesy if there is anyone at the poolside before me if they dont mind I suntan in my thong to reduce tan line. I find ladies more accepting and comfortable to of me in thong. Men may find it a little uncomfortable.
Ive thonged at quieter side of langkawi beach and penang. When there is crowd / people, gonna use your instincts to decide. I always stand by a cover up swimwear to put on in case.

Anyway, i've moved to a new condo couple of months ago, i noticed my condo has many thong wearers.
Just today itself, there was 4 ladies in thong, while i was the only guy . Other days when im tanning at the poolside, at least 1-2 ladies thongers are there as well.
Great new condo to move it <3 |
