Here we have posts so old that they’re irrelevant at the top, and current, relevant posts are essentially buried. How about switching the sort order?

Please don’t change it as it is easy to read and keep track of. This is a very well organised forum presentation compared to many others out there

I agree the system is very annoying because when opening a thread it goes to the first page and not the last page. Even more annoying when you click read on the today page it does not go to the message in question but the first page of that thread. It was not always that way, but the software was again broken last time Aimoo.com tried to fix things. As to the date order in a thread: We have always had it so that messages were in chronological order, so the answer came under the question. I know there are a few Americans who work in reverse order, lawyers with paper files and fans of Jeopardy, but most of the world reads from the top down. Agreed this means a thread starts with the oldest stuff, but having peoples questions, comments and responses in top down order makes it more readable.

Click "Today" on the menu at the top and the most recent post appears first (the URL becomes "https://thongboard.aimoo.com/today".

If you get restricted access messages, use the Sign Out option from the menu at the top right, clear your browsers cookies, then Sign back in.
Please cutback on starting new threads. Post replies to to existing threads on the subject.
If you want to cut and paste from your word processor do not do it directly.
First paste it into notepad or other basic ascii editor so that the formatting codes are removed, then cut again. This will give you clean posts.
