Date Posted:10/23/2026 07:54:26Copy HTML Hello, When people talk about men in thongs, there are often those who recall that man in a thong at the pool or the beach whom they saw several years—or even decades—ago. There are so many women in thongs that they fade from our memories, blending into the ordinary. Men in thongs are so rare that people notice them and remember them long afterward. At my pool, there are dozens of women in thongs every day during the summer. But I'm the only man who swims in a thong. I'm convinced that I make a lasting impression and that people will remember me for years to come. I am convinced that by thonging openly and publicly at the public pool, I became a local legend. LOL. And what about you—do you think you'll leave a lasting impression on people? |

Re:Becoming a local legend Date Posted:10/23/2026 08:57:25Copy HTML A week ago Jackie dragged me to a party. Just about everyone there was in the "Yacht" industry. Captains and crew of large yachts.
One young man clapped me on the back and said "Hay your that man that paddle boards. You made my days!" He told me that a couple of years ago he worked on the water taxi boats and when he saw me paddleboarding he got joy from seeing me, and from pointing me out to the tourists.
One of the captains on the party boats introduces me to the guests of the day saying I am legendary and always out paddling. Not exactly true. Only a couple of days a week at best, and then only when I am in town. Although it tends to be on Friday or weekends, when they are working the party boat charters. It is always nice when the crew of the regular tripper boats wave and give a toot when passing. Next weekend we will be doing a Witches and Warlocks costume paddleboard. Probably just going to wear a cape, thong and witches hat. Short butt length cape because, as I discovered from a prior costume paddle, a longer one tends to blow around and wrap its self around the paddle handle. |
