Date Posted:01/28/2010 12:43:36Copy HTML Greetings, Thong Board! Long-time reader and recent convert to the style here. This is my first post ever, so I hope you like it (or at least don't hate it)!
I've been thonging for many months now and love the unparalleled comfort and support. I also like the smooth feel under clothes and against the body. I could never go back to stuffing tons of fabric under my trousers and having it twist and bunch up all the time (you know, boxer shorts). However, there's no denying that wearing a minimal-cut style that exposes your rear makes you much more body-conscious. The first time I saw myself wearing a thong in a mirror, I thought, 'Nice thong, shame about the body!' Okay, maybe I wasn't that harsh on myself. More like, 'Nice thong, okay body, but could do with some work.' I'm not old or fat, but because I don't get a lot of physical activity or any sport in my day-to-day life, I'm not toned either. So I decided to exercise and stretch a little each day. I walked whenever I could, took the stairs instead of lifts, avoided some fatty foods I used to eat, etc. I managed to lose a bit of weight and looked trimmer as a result. I bought an exercise mat and did Pilates each day. I was told that Pilates is excellent for flattening abs and toning the whole body, so I gave it a try. To oversimplify what it's about: your abdomen is your body's core and contains deep muscles (other than the superficial 'six pack' ones), which can be worked by pulling navel to spine (i.e. sucking in your gut) and moving the arms and legs according to each exercise, while keeping your core tight and breathing correctly (out on the movement, in on the release). You can really feel it working and it wasn't a huge surprise to notice that my body felt and looked increasingly toned as each week passed. What did surprise me was how flat it got my abs. When I say flat, I mean seriously flat, and much better looking than they've ever been. I've actually looked at them, the first few times, and said, "Damn!" to myself. :) Digressing a little, I've read that many other guys have also been motivated to get into shape by wearing thongs, so I'm not alone. I guess if you wear big, baggy clothes, it doesn't matter as much if you let yourself go, because you can cover it all up and be as fat and hairy as you like. Obviously, this isn't the case if you wear thongs. Anyone who does is going to have an incentive to stay in shape, keep trimmed 'down below' and be more clean and hygienic. It goes to show that wearing thongs can actually have unintended health benefits! Anyway, back to the point of this excessively long post! So, I was losing weight, toning my body and flattening my abs -- all good, but none of which matter most to me as a thong wearer. What I really wanted was a nice butt. So I got a bike and rode it for several hours each week. Cycling combined with Pilates would surely give me great results, right? I thought so until recently. My girlfriend and I were fooling around in the bedroom and we got to taking photos of each other naked. She took a photo of my ass and when I saw it, I was horrified! When you look at your rear in a mirror, it's from an angle, so you don't really see it properly. I thought mine was okay, but what I saw in the photo was sort of saggy and shapeless. Yuck! Cycling and Pilates did nothing for me! What's weird is that when I'm doing these activities, my buns do feel firm and toned, but at any other time they're soft and a bit shapeless, like the workout hasn't had any effect. Please could you recommend some effective (and preferably easy) exercises to work the buns and make them look good? |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/28/2010 01:55:11Copy HTML This answer could not be any easier. The best exercise in the world for the buttocks is squatting. You dont need all those fancy glute machines. pilaties, cycles or other contraptions they have in the fancy modern gyms. Plain and simple...you want a good butt...load up the bar and squat. Its hard....but there are no short cuts

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/28/2010 01:56:54Copy HTML IMO, you need a combination of exercises...and I can't say it is easy...it takes work.
Most importantly, the fat must come off. I don't necessesarily need to train for cardiovascular performance anymore since I'm not competing in any sport nowadays, so I do slow cardio four times a week for 30 minutes minimum, which is painfully boring. I use a treadmill, walking at maximum incline and adjust speed to keep my heartrate where it needs to be. At a high incline, the butt is emphasized quite a bit, so I feel it adds some toning value. I also think squatting, deadlifts, hack squats, leg curls, leg extensions, and lunges are very important for your overall lower body. For you butt to look nice, your entire lower body needs to look nice. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/28/2010 04:51:49Copy HTML I agree with Strip74. I just joined a gym myself and got a personal trainer, so I am not an expert. But my trainer does incorporate a lot of squats, lunges, and deadlifts into my routines and will add them into some of my upper body workouts too combining movements to get extra squats and lunges in even while doing arms, etc....Plus I would say Strip74 gives us hard evidence that what he is saying is true!

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/28/2010 05:19:20Copy HTML For good butt exercises are back leg lifts with incorporated front lunge while balancing yourself, no weights required. This is excellent exercise for glutes to lift up rather then sagging. Be carefull you can hurt your lower back muscles. Karate side kicks while balancing with other leg is great to for upper hamstring and glutes. Another is a frog squats about 25 reps then front balerena front squat heels together toes pointing outwards 25 reps. Also you don't need to do cardio for 30 minutes in row, its cumlative of your entire day. Walking upstairs two steps at a time is beneficial for your glutes. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/28/2010 02:14:27Copy HTML I need a little advice from the thongers. Has anyone had acupuncture to releive a pulled butt muscle, and inflamation in the sac joint and back. I cannot have steroid shots, because of diabetes. Right now I am 10-15 lbs too heavy, because I cannot do pilates and any lifting.

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:10/20/2020 05:40:01Copy HTML Lots of great advice. Along the way, I’d like to suggest cutting carbs. I really love them, but cutting back to 50 grams a day has been helpful at slowly losing that last ten pounds. Meanwhile, the carbs I do eat are thoroughly enjoyed.
One of the great things about wearing a thong seems to be that folks are more conscious of how they look. I’m not eye candy by any means but will say that
I enjoy being fit, tanned, and healthy.

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:12/06/2025 10:10:19Copy HTML Squats are definitely the king for building glutes. Be sure to use proper form though. If you want to foucs more on the glutes rather than quads, point toes out slightly. Hack squats are also good and can be easier on the back. I have also gotten into hip thrusts. You can goole it to see the proper form. Lots of women at the gym do those. I finish off glutes with 4 sets of heavy hip thrusts every day I work out except on squat day as I have no energy left after squats and hack squats

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:12/21/2025 10:44:25Copy HTML No, no, nooo!! Please don't start doing squats with a barbell - you'll wreck your knee ligaments. First of all, it's not effective for growing your glutes, and secondly, for people over 35, exercises like this carry serious health risks! What actually works for glute growth? After years of training, these are the exercises that have given me the best results:
The real secret? Consistency and progressive overload. Track your weights, add load when form is solid, and train glutes 2-3x per week with different rep ranges. Many well-known trainers (e.g., Jeff Nippard, Bret Contreras, Mike Israetel) emphasize the same thing: the barbell back squat isn't necessarily essential for the average gym-goer. It's an excellent exercise for powerlifters or those chasing maximum overall strength, but for glute hypertrophy, hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, glute bridge variations, and cable/machine work are far more specific, safer, and deliver better results without loading the back and knees as heavily. Trust me, focus on these and you'll see real changes without the drama! |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:12/21/2025 08:29:17Copy HTML reficul2, I linked that video as half a joke because the content was some outstanding ladies in thongs doing a workout.
But the sweeping statement that squats are going to wreck knee ligaments is utter non-sense. And squats, although primarily a quad exercise, are also a great movement for glutes. Yes, you can do a bunch of other movements that target glutes a little more specifically. But don't talk about squats like it's a massive mistake to include them in a program. They're an outstanding exercise.
And the "over 35" thing is bogus too. If technique is right and you're smart about progressing weight, anyone can do it safely. I'm in my mid forties and I'm squatting more now than I ever have. No knee pain.
And yes, I have the credentials to know what I'm talking about. That is, letters behind my name, not just a great behind.
I love squats. Don't bad-mouth my squats. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:12/22/2025 06:03:48Copy HTML Low_Strap, I completely believe that you are competent (and by the way, more
competent than me), but then you probably also know what enthusiastic
amateurs tend to do in the gym nowadays when they grab a barbell and go
to do squats. They progress to heavy weights rather quickly, which
yes... tend to damage the knee ligaments in middle-aged people. Those
who have been training their whole life know this, and their knee
ligament condition isn't as poor as that of a modern person hunched over
their smartphone. And because of that, I would recommend skipping this kind of exercise.
There are much safer alternatives, and this is said by many
physiotherapists. Especially for glute hypertrophy - almost useless and
carries high risks.

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:12/25/2025 08:00:19Copy HTML Many fall in a trap believing trendy girl butt exercises are only key to build quality dense muscle.
Compound movement is always going to be pinnacle of strength training.
As you get stronger the cosmetic change to the physique follows.
Done squats for decades incorrectly only to figure it out eventually. Mike O’hearn fake natty, squat technique session taught me form i always thought was wrong.
Finding my mojo of developing or bastardized the squat, in order to hit certain muscle like glute medial erectors. Ever since i achieved no knee pain unlike before or back pain.
Listening to science based influencers or strong men competitors only to get hurt again doing squats.
Figure out your squat technique and progress unless you feel pain then immediately stop, find reason why movement hurts. Then apply other techniques to circumvent the “proper” squat movement.
Any cable exercise that keep you unbalanced is far too risky. You can’t do heavy weights on cables leg exercises without sacrificing form. Thereby ligament hurt and heal slowly then muscle fibers. Some exercises are detriment to build muscle since ligaments are damaged. Therefore frequency is undermined and time to build muscle takes much longer.
Want longevity keep compound movements as key to healthy body.
Don’t follow the belief you will achieve cartoon size glutes for that particular body part. Not going to happen. Body grows symmetrically not one specific area of the body.
Find females so hyper obsessive training them trendy glutes exercises. Every visit to the gym three to four times a week they don’t change in shape that much.
Watch one particular female do heavy squats 225 -245 lbs reps of 4-5 and 315-335 lbs wide leg deadlifts weekly. Yes she also does hip thrusts following counpiund exercise. Difficult to say in few years her glutes will grow from one or other exercise. Do know she stay healthier lifting heavy weight with stable base underneath.. She is quad centric slightly. Although that is genetic but do see her legs grow thick dense muscle followed by strong erector ligaments able do lot more. Whereas gals exclusive do flute exercises physiques appear weak and unbalanced. Which they will pay price as they mature. |

I train glutes 3-4 times per week, but always give the same muscle group at least 48 hours to recover between sessions.
to: mack_back Solid post – I agree with most of what you wrote.
Heavy compound movements (squats, deadlifts, etc.) are indeed the foundation for building dense, functional muscle, overall strength, and long-term health. You're 100% right that many "trendy" unstable cable glute exercises become risky when loaded heavy and often don't produce the same quality muscle as stable, progressive overload on big lifts.
But I have to strongly push back on one key point:
"Don’t follow the belief you will achieve cartoon size glutes for that particular body part. Not going to happen. Body grows symmetrically not one specific area of the body."
That's simply not true. Targeted hypertrophy through prioritization and specialization is a fundamental principle of bodybuilding. The body does not grow perfectly symmetrically – we can absolutely make one muscle group disproportionately larger by applying more volume, frequency, intensity, and specific stimulus to it.
The proven keys to making any muscle (including glutes) grow significantly bigger are:
Progressive overload
Training close to failure (or to failure on the last sets)
Choosing weights where failure hits around the 8–15 rep range (ideally around the 10–12th rep for most hypertrophy work)
At least 48 hours recovery between sessions for the same muscle group
Muscles grow during recovery, not during the workout – training creates micro-tears, and proper rest + nutrition repairs them bigger and stronger.
And nutrition is crucial: after training and until the next session, you need to be in a caloric surplus (or at least maintenance with high protein) and eat muscle-building nutrients. On a starvation or aggressive deficit diet, muscles simply won't grow, no matter how hard you train. Good sources include red meat (beef), fatty fish (salmon, herring) for creatine, high-quality protein, healthy fats, and overall recovery support.
Proof of disproportionate growth is everywhere in competitive bodybuilding:
Wellness division women are famous for their exaggerated, "cartoon-like" massive glutes that clearly dominate the lower body – achieved by heavily prioritizing glutes with high volume and frequency.
Classic physique men build insane "boulder" shoulders for the extreme V-taper – deliberate disproportion through shoulder prioritization.
Pro bodybuilders routinely fix lagging parts or exaggerate strong ones via specialization cycles. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:12/31/2025 08:38:59Copy HTML reficul2:
You maybe right for pro bodybuilders sculpting bodies prioritizing certain muscles to catch up to rest of body.
In reality general novice gym member will see newbie gains. only Never focusing using glute muscle most of their lives. Therefore some stimulus will achieve minimal gains.
Depending greatly on genetic factors.
https://youtu.be/2205L8bmhoM?si=ZJCLkKOsIEmWpKzq
Look at the link and see twin sisters one obsessed to gain large glutes and quads meanwhile ignoring her upper body. The other twin sister has lean but thick base to achieve such massive muscles if she ever chooses.
Sometimes muscles grow by just looking oneself in mirror. Lol Reason so many genetic gifted bodybuilders get excited and frequent gym obsessively. Only because they see result quickly.
Many of average person isn’t gifted with growing genetic muscle like elite bodybuilders.
Yes if you only train quads for decades ignoring hamstrings you can be slightly front muscle dominant.
I’ve done opposite not train my quads to failure but keep them strong to focus glutes and hamstrings. Observing me none would think i focus my leg workouts upon the backside. Keeping my knee ligaments strong and healthy. Without overworking ligaments through pain threshold, only to fatigue front quad muscle fibers. Keeping me more healthy and healthier balanced without stiff joints.
There is clearly no one way to build muscle for each individual. You need to do the work and find stuff that works with your body.
My only concern is people get hopes high to build great glutes only to fall short giving up.
If your body is built like long distance marathon runner from Ethiopia. Don’t lie to yourself, if i focus my entire energy upon the glutes i will achieve Tiffany Sam type legs. Not going to happen.
My caloric intake was never surplus or deficit. Never achieved any great muscle density.
Last few months my calorie surplus increased slightly as my cardio decreased. Achieved no muscle gain but put on 10 lbs of fat across only my waist belly fat.
Increasing my cardio frequency slowly and reducing to neutral calories intake. Body fat has not reduced only maintain the fat i added.
All the work in the gym and proper strict meal preparation won’t recomp my muscle mass density previously. There are other hormonal factors that body takes such as good sleep. Otherwise i’m just not getting worse but not gaining muscle either. Only to maintain the fat self i accidentally made happen. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:12/31/2025 09:59:30Copy HTML mack_back I watched the video – great example with the twins.
Yeah, not everyone has that kind of genetic gift or DNA to build massive muscles easily. But for those who do have decent genetics (and honestly, in my training circle, most people have at least average or better potential), achieving noticeable hypertrophy is very realistic – it just takes real discipline and consistency over years.
The biggest key: if you don't train close to failure (or to failure on the last sets), you simply won't get meaningful growth. That's non-negotiable for hypertrophy.
One thing about that YouTube video – sorry, but to me it looks pretty clear that something is being used/taken (PEDs/hormones). Unfortunately, that's super common these days. At the gym I train at, I can spot from the corner of my eye who's using and who isn't – the results speak for themselves.
Natural progress is absolutely possible and impressive, but it requires patience, perfect recovery, nutrition, and pushing hard every session.
Respect for keeping it real! Edit: One more thing I've noticed over the years: people who don't start their journey with guidance from a real professional bodybuilding coach (I'm not talking about average fitness trainers) almost always make big mistakes early on. Those mistakes are usually in nutrition, recovery, or – most importantly – not training close enough to failure. If you never push past your comfort zone and create that necessary muscle damage, you won't get real growth. But the flip side is just as dangerous: pushing too far without proper knowledge can override your limits and cause chronic or even permanent injuries. That's why starting smart, with good coaching and progressive approach, makes all the difference. Staying fit or growing real muscle hypertrophy are two really different "animals". PS. One more huge factor: without high-quality sleep (and staying off screens at night), your hypertrophy progress will stall or fail completely – sleep is absolutely non-negotiable. - PPS. Just to share a bit of my own story: At 25, I was slightly overweight but depressingly muscle-less – except for my calves, which had been trained since age 8 from cycling.
From 25 to 34, I swam hard 3–5 times a week without long breaks. Then a pause until 38, and I've been consistent ever since.
Today I look athletic, and over the years women have repeatedly complimented my legs. But I've only been doing proper hypertrophy training for the last two years – with a heavy focus on glutes.
Honestly, I haven't seen this kind of glute development on any other guy. And let's be real: most men are embarrassed to train their glutes this seriously because they think it's "feminine." In reality, at sauna parties, women secretly give them a pinch when no one's looking. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/01/2026 04:49:05Copy HTML Hypertrophy intensity can only be done for short 8-9 weeks before central nervous system is taxed.
There rules of thought when weight training go full out and burn out when older with aches arthritis and pains. Or train leaving something left for tomorrow. being beaten down like Tom Platz who trained legs only twice per month since he could not recover enough next training session being overloaded.
Teffany Sam use to be on Growth Hprmaone, Insulin. Androgens Primobolan, Anavar Masteron. T4, T3 Arimidex tapering off such compounds. Doubt she needed any of it. Building dense muscle tissue after cycle she keeps her gains only because it wasn't inflammation unlike others react to gear and shrink down. Teffany only on injectable peptites being a sponsor.. Tesamorelin to shrink her waistline fat loss as other peptides,

Another good point Teffany speaks in link below. To taper up your training for 6-9 weeks of hypertrophy.
https://youtu.be/XshKXqzfDmg?si=IxzNw_m5Rb78PQN2&t=2
Another idea not to build ever body part or do exercises that make your waist wider. Smaller waist makes glutes appear larger then they are. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/01/2026 07:34:26Copy HTML @mack_back Thanks for the links and deeper thoughts – some good stuff there.
On the hypertrophy duration: I disagree that it's strictly limited to 8–9 weeks before CNS burnout hits. I've been running proper hypertrophy training (close to failure, 8–15 reps, progressive overload) for almost two full years now with zero issues – no aches, arthritis, or fatigue problems.
The key, like you mentioned earlier, is recovery. Rest is absolutely crucial: 48h+ between same-muscle sessions, good sleep, nutrition in surplus, and occasional deload weeks. As long as that's dialed in, you can sustain it long-term.
The only real problems I ever had came from heavy barbell squats/back work. A sports doctor + two independent coaches all told me the same thing: for a middle-aged guy, it's a shitty exercise – too much axial loading and injury risk if form isn't perfect. Switched to more glute-specific stuff (hip thrusts, RDLs, Bulgarians) and everything's been smooth since.
Teffany's tapering advice (6–9 weeks ramp-up) and waist illusion tip are spot on though – smart for longevity and aesthetics.
And yeah... people lie about PEDs way more than anyone wants to admit. Even my own close friend swore he was natural until the evidence was undeniable. Without actual tests, words mean nothing.
That woman's voice and overall look have those classic telltale signs that just don't convince me either. Reddit is full of the same observations – voice deepening from androgens is often permanent in women.
Real talk like this is rare – respect! |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/01/2026 03:22:11Copy HTML reficul2, I like your information and thanks for sharing your experiences. I've mostly been a stay fit guy all my life, not taxing my body hard, which I believe has allowed me to be quite healthy and injury free. Since we all here like our glutes (a lot), I now know better that without extra effort (loading/recovery), my glutes remain average+ and not bigger and more rounded. The last two months I have been more disciplined to progressively load more, eat more good protein, and recover, I have already noticed growth, slow and steady growth is good in my opinion.
I've always had compliments on my legs, and my sports activities have kept them "shapely". I hope my butt gets pinched in the future like yours by lustful women :) Thanks for your knowledge. |

Slowly through tapering up your muscles exercise intensity. Stimulus becomes tolerated by the body and intensity and frequency needs to added to gain.
Maybe by summer you may want to train legs 3-or 4 times a week. Many find motivation not ideal. Time spent in the gym torture in summer leisure months enjoying other activities Where body legs adapted to train harder but many slack off and their dreams crash not achieved.
Whatever training method you choose frequency, will develop some shape may not lead to bulky dense glutes. Certainly weight activity will shred the existing lean muscle fibers to skins surface. Lower body fat helps keep your shape appearing fit.
Warning to many. Don’t be ass in the gym hogging all the glute exercise equipment females will resent you being that guy again..
No women will share gym equipment for glute exercises. Strange as that sounds, signs in gym states share equipment.
Maybe it’s me gals shy don’t want to interrupt feeling they can’t lift heavy as a man.
Or that gal feels inferior to training techniques therefore spending too much time on her phone messaging and listening in ear canceling big headphones to surround themselves in vibe ignoring others.
Only solice i’d be patient waiting for them glute machines in the gym to be available. Even though you become enemy number one to many suspicious female gym rat exclusively addicted with glute exercises.
Dare never have chat with gal doing glute exercises since they suspect you’re excited with her vulnerable body positioning.
Remember knowing older married lady friend for decade. Decided in demonstrating laying on hyper extension bench doing reverse rear frog kick ups. She watched and thought the exercise was all too provocative. Yet stubborn asking what exercise help target lower glute tie ins.
Noticing her at the pool i discovered lot of cellulite on upper legs lower glutes wearing one piece full coverage swimsuit.
Sometimes women need to feel comfortable with certain exercises only because how it may look for others watching.
Now i learn don’t waste time helping others in the gym. Since many females don’t have the confidence or comfortable with certain exercises. Thereby never achieving anything.
Have fun regardless wear your scrunch leggings and show off all your hard work. Make them divas jealous..
Subtly ogling other gym glute divas in scrunch shorts shorts. Only so they make certain you recognize discovering their hard work. Often smile, smug smirk, from diva noticing my subtle wide eyed glances upon their plump buns. Purposely brought to my attention standing in front displaying their booty. No compliments need to be said expression on my face tells them all they need to know. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:01/02/2026 04:59:30Copy HTML This is a great discussion! I work out fairly regularly and have noticed some improvement I’ve started including Kettle Bell swings and squats and have noticed my glutes are definitely firmer. I have been using 20 lb KBs and do 3 sets of 20. Im goibg to increase to 25 or 30 lbs also do some upper body work. My biggest complaint about myself is lack of definition in my abs. |

re: post #23,
I get your point. But your statements on injuries from squats seem very anecdotal and smell of bro-science, to which I have an online allergy. I do see that you study and are passionate about lifting, but I'm a data guy, I would need more information on these injury rates.
It would go without saying (even though I said it) you have learn how do squats correctly to keep it safe. But then, any movement done in the gym needs to be learned correctly to keep it safe. You can hurt your back real quick doing Romanian dead lifts if you don't keep your back straight or try to load it up too quickly.
I'll disagree with you that squats are "almost useless and carry a high risk." However, I would also say that there are some individuals for whom it would be best skip them and find another exercise if hypertrophy is the only goal. We're all proportioned differently and have our collections of previous injuries. For some, squats may cause no problems at all, others, it may aggravate knees or hips or back. The approach has to be individualized. And really it's the high-weight attempts where the injuries typically occur. You can go low-weight, high-reps to stimulate hypertrophy all the while mitigating joint stress.
In fact I'd encourage everyone to try this next time you're in the weight room: squat the bar (just the bar) until failure. Or almost failure. Don't lock your knees out at the top. See how you like it. Play around with foot position. Angled out, parallel, wide, narrow. Typically a narrower stance will put the effort back the glutes a little more. I personally have my feet just outside of shoulder width and angled out about 20 degrees off centerline. For me, everything follows a more natural, comfortable motion with my feet in that position. But you may be different. Play around with the position of the bar on your shoulders, low-bar, high-bar. I have a long torso, so high bar squats have a lot of leverage on my lower back. My squat strength took off when switched to low-bar squats.
There's too many options with squats to just throw them out. Experiment. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:08/29/2026 03:59:31Copy HTML I exercise my butt a lot just to look my best in a thong underwear and bikinis. I feel like doing the butt exercises keeps me looking good while in a thong. If I don't do any butt exercises, I feel like no one is going to like looking at my butt. |

Re:Butt Exercises? Date Posted:08/29/2026 04:54:48Copy HTML BeachGirl: Doing glute exercises previously showing off in a thong. Having muscle pump helps with glutes to appear firmer and or plump.
Mentally glute exercises make them appear inflamed, larger. Even though it’s minimal at best. Only person looking closely at my backside is me in mirror preparing to go out in public.
Reality none is observing my backside when wearing a thong. Only because risk of getting caught and sending wrong message they may enjoy the view or just not polite to stare upon strangers. |
