funtom22airfare is about 850 round trip.  cottage can run another 600-700 week ( we stay 2 weeks) + food etc.  I think if, after we hav emade sure we are all comaptable, that for your first trip ypu need to get yur own cottage. Naturally cloths are nto a problem and while we dont thong on our naturist vacations there are certainly many men women and kids of both genders who do wear thongs.  My kids jus tnever have cus they have been rasied at thes eplaces sicn ethey were born and have never worn any clothing of any kind during theri stays and actaully htink it is cooler to do the nude thing.  Daughter might put on a t-shirt if it gets cool and hte boys each pack one pair of bikini biriefs each msotly for the trip over and for the trip home but over the last 5 yars they have worn their bikinis a tth eresort maybe 3-4 times usually only if we have first time naturist visitors (relaitves etc.) but it is VERY rare that any of us wear anything at all while we are vacationing. If oyu have your own cottage that will give you some frredom to come and go as you please and god knwos living with my kids on vacation can be pretty hectic.  Bascially we use these 2 weeks as a family time and just hang a tth eresort.  Lots for kids to do but defiantely beach and pool focused.  As I said the kids all have their own friends after going so often so teh hang wth their crew and do what they like to do.  Its a great place and in Euproe single males ( I assume you are single) are fully welcome at naturist resorts.

CORSICA is a very beautiful island in the Mediterranen sea.

It is a french island.

There is a lot of small beach... there are wild...

It is very touristic... but a little bit expensive...(in july and august, it is very expensive).

The best is september...

The sea is hot, the water is clean...

You can be nude in a lot of beach... and there is no problems with thong (except some beach which are too family or too busy...)

A very good destination...

On the island, there are mountains... so you can walk, etc...

I agree with piopio89.  Corsica is the best! my kids love teh place and have made many many friends there over the years.  We have known many o fhte same families since their kids and ours were toddlers.  Now they are tweens and teens and still hang out together.  It si like one great big family and it is great to go to a place where we have NEVER had to worry about the kids, they can go where they please and their mom and I are totally comfortable and secure knowing that we all watch out for each others kids. We go to La Chiappa resort every other summer and love it.

Anyone have recent experience in Corsica? Planning a visit in September and would appreciate ideas for where to visit etc. I already know that in some places nudity is de rigeur and at others some local bar owners will hound you off the beach. Topless used to be very common but seems much less so these days, and for men, shorts are the order of the day. What has happened to the French - they were forerunners with bikinis, topless, strings etc.

You will have no problems to thong on the beach of corsica. Even more in september...
