Updated. I changed the price column. Instead of a ranking, I indicate an average price. All prices are in US$ for an easier comparison.

Updated. 56 brands yet. "Major" brands are already listed but it remains a lot of little brands. I think we could list 100 brands. Thanks for your help.

Re：List of thong swimwear brands

I just received my latest Cocksox order. I ordered the following styles, all in color Chrome. They are listed in order, by the most coverage to the least. They are all unlined and fit like a glove, just like all the other Cocksox styles I have purchased since 2014. I cannot wait to wear these next summer. Just as advertised, they are SEE-THROUGH when wet. By the looks of it, they will be see-through when dry, on a bright sunny day, when looking closely. I will definitely need to be aware of the venue and the surroundings when wearing these, even if the material coverage follows the rules. If you would be interested in ordering these in any style, you need to order fast. The Gloss Satin Collection series was introduced in May 2024 and the fabric is only available for a limited time. The colors are Nero (Black), Chrome (Light Grey), and Marina (Blue). The CX02GS Swim Brief in Chrome in Size Large was already sold out and is back in stock. It seems a lot of guys really like the color and the fact they are see-through when wet. If guys are wanting to buy see-through swim briefs, their next logical step is to start buying thongs in any brand, color, material, etc. www.cocksox.com CX08GS Swim Trunk - Chrome CX02GS Swim Brief - Chrome CX22GS Swim Thong - Chrome

There are numerous sellers, but no brands, on Ali Express. This has been my primary source for swim and underwear thongs. Many brands are much more expensive, and several are simply reselling the inexpensive Chinese thongs. I can’t justify paying some of the ridiculous prices I have seen.

Re：List of thong swimwear brands

Quick question -- are you only looking at brands that are still made and/or still available new on line or in stores today? Or can we start mentioning discontinued thongs or items you might find on e-Bay or elsewhere. As an example, the Speedo thong seems to be one of the most popular and talked about thongs that had ever been made, and these are now commanding ridiculous high prices on e-Bay and similar places. Like it or not, thong swimwear was available in the 1970's if not earlier, even if they can now only be purchased as vintage clothing items. I once found a men's Catalina thong as well as men's swimthongs from places like Fredrick's of Hollywood. I also don't see any reason that a person should not mention a thong product, even if they don't like the look themselves (that brand or model).

Updated. @ithongit Only brands that are still made in the list. But you can mention in this topic products that are not available anymore. I take this opportunity to tell you that I appreciate your stories.

hey stringueur! Thanks for the list! Since the list has been around for a while I was surprised not to see Fireboy Underwear (fireboyunderwear.com). Custom made in Quebec, excellent quality, very reasonable pricing (~$30). Many (most) of their offerings are really "out there" (figuratively and literally). I (straight guy) wear them all the time although their target market is gay. I'll do a separate post with my experiences. For the ladies...Brigitewear.com. Very sexy, not cheap but extremely well made in California. Elle wears them on the beach even though some are quite revealing. We have walked the thong beach at Ft Desoto with her wearing her Versailles topless one piece. Hot. They have a small line of men's suits, including thongs, as well. I have one of their square cuts. Very comfortable because the material is so thin. Not too showy if you get a patterned fabric.
