You will not see too many guys in thongs on South Beach, but you shouldn't get too many strange looks either. You may also want to check out Haulover Beach. It's our official nude beach, but lots of thongers there too.

You should also think about heading up to Haulover Beach, just north of Bal Harbor. Far north end is the nude section. Straight/Gay mis most of the beach, far north end of nude section is the gay area, and you'll find plenty of thongs all along the nude section. Especially during the weekend.

You'll certainly find some thongers on South Beach, but most will be at the far south end, 1-3St and 10th St and up. not too many around the 6-8 st area... VERY popular with the young 18-22 y/o set.

There's apparently a good turnout on southbeach this year. Lotsa twerking in thongs. They haven't said when they will reopen it.
