I’ve settled in my new place. And met and talked to a few of the neighbors. Turns out the neighbors on one side and I actually have some mutual acquaintances. One the other side is a couple probably in their 40’s. Now between both neighbors is as wooded lot as is across the street, so I’ve a bit of privacy.
The 40’s couple plays a little game where the woman flashes her lace underwear by wearing too short of a t-shirt and bending over, or running around at night wearing only a sheer nightgown. I’m going to talk them about me sunning in little or nothing and see what they say. I can see their back deck now but, once the trees leaf out I’ll be back to my privacy.

We have a small above ground pool in my backyard (12x24) with a privacy fence, the neighbors can see over the fence from their decks...wife and I both wore thongs the first year after getting the pool but have gone nude since. The wife will only go nude once in the pool but I am a little bolder, cleaning it and walking around nude. The neighbors that frequently see us didn't speak beforehand so there wasn't much to lose as far as acquaintances, lol. None of them have children either.

I’m not sure what is going on around here. I’ve seen three of the neighbor ladies in either a nightgown or lingerie, two women in their bra and underwear just walking down the street and a guy either naked or in a string side bikini.

Swan: I know what you mean. I lived in an area where the people across the townhome parking lot were a 30-something couple, with the wife being a former model. No kids but she still had her looks. I came out one morning and she had her nightie on and nothing else. It was quite sheer! She was letting the dog out. She could have been in Playboy and just said "Hi" and waited on her dog. I got in my car and left for the day. Apparently the area is mostly old people who did not get up before 9:00 am. She could have been nude and no one else would have seen here, the reason for her confidence. I certainly envied her husband!!

For the last 8 years my neighbors have seen me in thongs or g-strings doing yard work in the front yard and on my front porch. I started taking walks in July and am now up to 12 miles a day wearing short shorts, some spilt to the waist on the sides and open sided tank tops that go just below the waist. Some shorts are very thin and you can clearly see I am wearing a g-string under them. I always talk to people as I walk. Most recognize me as the thong guy and smile and say hello. In the last week 5 neighbors have stopped me to talk. Today two of them joined me on my front porch for talks knowing I had on a tiny white mesh g-string. One stayed for over an hour, the other walked with me and when he reached his house introduced me to his wife who wanted to know if I was a nudist after seeing me in a g-string. Most of my neighbors if they see while walking will slow down, honk and wave. Funny how the smaller clothing you wear the more smiles you see. At first it might be a shock, and a nervous reaction, but after me waving and saying hello several times, it is because they are happy to see me, or at least most of me.

Lately I have been walking from 8 to 12 miles a day in my neighborhood in just short shorts and open sided tank tops that partially hide a thong under the shorts. It usually it takes 4 different times, some after dark. Last night a truck stops and a guy starts talking to me. It is a neighbor a few houses down from me. I had on an open sided tank top and the shorts were BodyAware very short white parachute thin material that are extremely thin and almost transparent when wet. I have to be careful wearing them in the day when hot, because sweat will cause them to stick to my ass and be totally transparent. The envelope the shorts arrived in weighed more than the shorts. This was my last lap and since it was late, I had removed the g-string under my shorts. The guy stopped me to introduce himself and find out about me. I was standing in the middle of the street for 15 minutes. He told me he had a gun which concerned me since he was a little tipsy. Then he said " You are doing God's work!" which I found interesting. He then told me everyone calls me "G-String Man". He gave me only positive comments saying he wished he had my confidence and how everyone loved how I felt free enough to be myself, if women can- men can. I have talked to his wife and brother in law in the past.

Yesterday I was wearing a sort of one side thong with other side supporting straps when neighbour with dog stopped by. I have walked this dog in the past and the dog, the owner and I are good friends. So talked and walked some way with him and back while walking the dog. Along the way we stopped and talked with some other neighbours. Nobody mentioned my thong, even though that cut is rather unusual. Today I walked out to pick up leaves and palm fronds from the front yard, as I do most mornings. I have lots of palm trees that drop fronds, and the Frangipani's are starting to shed all their leaves. Unusually there were cars attempting to park all up and down our street. Turns out my friend at the end of the street was hosting a huge humane society lunch, and all of the society women were arriving. Most in sparkly christmas tops and dresses. Not expecting crowds I was out in just a micro g=string with sparkly 1/2" elastic straps. Sort of Christmassy too. I helped some find parking talked with others while going through two cups of morning coffee. I was hanging around outside on the street expecting some computers for upgrade to be delivered. However the man finally phoned to say he would be at least another hour before arriving. So I changed to a bright orange V backed thong, launched a paddle board, paddled by the luncheon party before doing the big loop and back past them. Got waves and few people greeting me by name each time I past the waterfront luncheon. Got the usual waves from the water taxi crews and guests. Got back just in time to meet the man delivering computers. While we were on the street there were a few whoops and hollers from women going past. They were riding on golf cards, being ferried back to their cars. Some cars were parked up to 1/2 a mile from the event. Then another neighbor stopped to tell me he had just parked his boat behind my house. We will sort that one out later. When it comes to Neighbours, just be friendly and just be you.

Once again, another JM_Runs post that gives me more confidence to wear thongs in public. However, I have only done so at pools and beaches. Unfortunately, with where I live, I could NEVER get away with wearing a thong while walking around the neighborhood. The place where I live is WAY too conservative and is also nowhere near water. Wearing a thong in my neighborhood would be viewed as creepy and not as a swimwear choice when I washing a car, cutting the grass, getting ready to go kayaking, etc. The most minimal suit I can legally wear at the nearby state parks is a swim brief. I seriously envy JM_Run's ability to wear thongs in public on a daily basis. I wish I could also live in a similar environment where water, and all its related activities, are right outside my back door almost year-round. I think people would expect to see people wearing thongs in a water environment in a warm climate. I would not hesitate one bit to wear a thong in Fort Lauderdale, or anywhere in Florida where thongs are legal. In my town, I have been waiting for a house, with a pool in the entire back yard, go up for sale. I found out a few weeks ago (from the previous owners' son) it was sold back in August. I missed the opportunity because I was busy and not watching the real estate market closely enough. I could not have afforded it anyway. If I would have had the opportunity to purchase the house, I would have been in heaven. The fence that surrounds the entire back yard is high enough that no one can see anywhere in the back yard. The previous owners were known naturists. I would have been outside on a daily basis getting sun wearing a thong, g-string, or nothing. I may just have to carefully reach out to the person (female) who purchased the house, introduce myself, and tell her she bought my dream house. Who knows, maybe I will get invited to get some sun next summer. In the meantime, I will be traveling to Florida in March, first to Clearwater for a few days, and then to Daytona Beach for almost a week. I am not sure if thongs are legal in Clearwater, but I know for sure they are legal at all the beaches in Volusia County. I will most definitely be wearing thongs and g-strings the entire week. I even confirmed that they are OK at the motel pool wear I will be staying. I did not plan to visit Daytona Beach during Spring Break. The trip was scheduled around a concert in Clearwater, and it just so happened I had extra time to stay for another week. I think I am going to be an anomaly and will stand out amongst the crowd.

Yesterday, I put on a light blue G-string with thin white strings. I was sitting on my front porch when a neighbor saw me and waved. He stopped so I went out to the street to talk to him, around 10 minutes while other neighbors rode by. (posted pics of me in G-string, not with neighbor) Later I put on a pair of short shorts split to the waist on both side and a tank top and took a long walk. I stopped to talk to 3 neighbors, all said they missed seeing me. We laughed all knowing they meant me wearing less. In all 3 conversations I mentioned I hate the cold, but in summer I can get almost naked in a g-string, which they all acknowledged and laughed. I invited them to stop by my house soon so we could talk. They all said they would. I have had several neighbors come over to talk in the past with me in just a g-string, so I will wait and see.

So my lady and I are having a full blown thong summer this year. My neighbor is probably every bit of 6'7" and his entire head is above the cinder block wall that divides our backyards. On Friday we were enjoying the afternoon sun and we were admiring our garden. I turned around and saw him grilling which is set up on the wall on his side. I said hello and we chatted for 20 minutes. Here in Charleston, a couple miles in from Folly Beach, our backyard pool and yard are surrounded by 20 foot high bamboo on all but the one neighbor. In the summer we grow banana trees on that side. Neighbor does not care what we have on so wife and I typically sun and wander the yard in micro strings or even nude. The side dimensions is less than 4 inches, so basically almost thong denim shorts. Wear these to the Harris Teeter grocery store quite often.

My neighbors regularly see me in a thong or g-string. Just 30 minutes ago I walked out onto the street with a cup of coffee. This morning I was wearing a pair of very micro shorts instead of a thong or g-string, only because I had been sorting shorts for an upcoming trip. Outside I met a woman who lives down the street, and decided to join her as she walked their her dog. Talked about her children, my cousin's daughter and plans for the summer. If you walk to both ends of the street it is a mile round trip. I will walk or bike in just a thong or g-string, although if going to the beach by way of the bussy Las Olas Blvd I normally throw on a tank-top too. Will bike or drive anywhere in micro shorts, like going to the post office or shopping Publix or Aldi. No problem.

Wife and I often head to some of the bars on Folly beach to meet up with friends. When I wear any of the micro denim shorts they usually give me a bit of heckling, but in reality they don't care and honestly I think most of the guys are wishing they could have the confidence to wear them. The bartender ladies at our usual bars love to see me in the shorts and results in great service. Wife loves to see me in next to nothing and she is always wearing something to show off herself.

After retired single mom neighbor lady noticed late one summer showing off my strings and whale tail over short shorts. She never knew what exact beach i visit. Only that it’s nearby a massive 100 acre park. Suspect neighbor lady believed only place i could tan in such skimpy thong at a textile beach rather visiting clothing optional beach. Beginning of summer next year neighbor lady and adult son go on adventures together on weekends. Only to preoccupy her from loneliness and boredom. They ventured around town into a park which just so had clothing optional beach. Lady neighbor had the itch to venture lurk feeling it be fun and amusing. Although it was her subconscious suspicion of witness my thong strings whale tail previous summer. She ventured out from park onto the nude beach fully clothed meanwhile son relunctly followed behind. Neighbor lady waiting by shoreline for her son to catch up. Soon the came directly in front of my towel back from the shoreline as i stood in sling string. Son turned his head recognized me while the mom never noticed. They eventually found exit near lifeguard tower and left the beach. Since neighbor lady speaks to her son about everything. Certain son does the same mentioning he recognized me standing on the beach in sling string nude. Only way i know neighbor lady knew i was visiting the beach and naked. She always disappears or missing for prolonged period of time whenever some revelation about my physique is discovered or displayed. Appears she wants to distance herself from me. Assuming i’m flirting and she wants to send message not leading me on rejecting my actions or fashion style. Weeks later lady neighbor shows up explaining her sons adventure at the park in specific detail. Then mentioned about nude beach close by but she never stepped foot on it. Saying it’s not something she would partake, not her scene. . Watching my expression carefully finding any clue i recognized her son and her. Then expressed shaking her head nervously it’s okay for some people who like that sort of thing. Nodding my head pretending as i know nothing about her beach adventure. Yet she kept silent knowing i’m nudist or very least wear skimpy thongs at the beach. Her queries asking what beach i visit naming them over the years. Only nodding at the big park which have three textile beaches and one clothing optional. Today she only smiles aware what beach i secretly visit. Neighbor lady never saying a word feeling smarter keeping the secret to herself and adult sons. My suspicion and feeling about neighbor lady she wished to witness me nude. Having deep subconscious fantasy running into me in skimpy thong or nude. Yet doubt she be honest to herself recognize it be exciting and taboo to witness her neighbor displaying so much for public display. Neighbor lady afterwards is less anxious about witness my outside the home shirtless and short shorts wearing fashion style. In fact feels more conditioned to it inviting me in her home. I knew a nudist woman who said she used to do all her backyard yard work nude.... with no fence! She lived in a liberal part of town and could get away with it. This was back in the 1990s, so she was quite the trailblazer. This is in Minneapolis, which is now even more liberal. Women can walk down the street and through city parks topless now.

The other day I was sitting on my front porch in a tiny g-string with 2 mm string waist and rear strap. My neighbor's kids were playing soccer and kept running in front of my house to get their ball. The dad noticed me and came over and sat down to talk. We talked for almost an hour. He then left and returned to give me some extra plants he had for me to plant in my front planter. Several neighbors stopped to talk with me. I asked a young High School graduate how to pronounce his name. He said it was from the bible. Another neighbor came over to give me a bday present. I was again on my front porch in a tiny G-string. I wish I could take walks or ride a bike in just a G like JM does, but there are several Karens in the neighborhood who love calling the cops.

Neighbours moved in several years ago and at the time I intended to let them see me in a thong. With usual British weather it didn’t happen quite so quickly as I’d hoped. I know I’ve been seen out front in a micro brief fairly often and a string once in a while. Had to drop something round to them the other day during the heatwave and during conversation he remarked ‘you like the sun don’t you’. Guessing I’ve been seen naked or thonging in the rear garden quite a few times. English politeness at play. Still it makes life easier and one less thing to be concerned about. Fwiw we live in an area where you get stared at if you wander around in shorts and no shirt.

Our neighbor's son maintains our pool so yes, they know. When we first moved in, my wife was at the pool when he showed up. The old owners had been out of the house for a while so they hired him to maintain the pool. The realtors for the seller were kind of dunces and left the under contract sign up even after we moved in. He saw the sign, thought he still had a job to do, and let himself into the pool area. Well, needless to say, both parties were surprised. He was shocked to see her in a micro bikini and she was shocked that a 22 year old guy was standing in the pool area. She called me and said "Uhhh we have a pool guy?" My response was "We do?" LOL I told her to have him come back when I got home. I met him, nice kid, hard working. He apologized and I said it was completely fine. His prices were good, even too good, so we kept him on a couple conditions: 1) If he comes by and we're there, we will likely be wearing at most thongs, if not nude and 2) be respectful and no pictures. I've never been there when he comes. My wife has been out once or twice with him there. He comes by during the week on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays. She was in a micro bikini one time and nude the other. She offered to put her bikini on if he was uncomfortable and he said it was fine (of course lol). We've met his parents and they seem pleasant. I don't think he told them he's maintaining the pool for a couple who tans nude (or almost).

I doubt he'll tell them! Wonder if he'd stick around if you were there. Or maybe he just doesn't care?

Tough to say really. Money is money at the end of the day. He's a struggling college kid. I doubt it will ever happen. My weeks are jam packed with work. The closest I've come to a weekday swim is at night. Otherwise, it's the weekends for me.

My thonging has been strictly backyard or occasional hotel pool since I travel a bit. My local inland beach is on the radar this year if I can muster the courage. Anyway, my backyard is mostly private except for one neighbor, where the view is as wide open as it can get...no fence, foliage, nothing between that home and my back patio. I avoid laying out when there are persons outside next door (which is rare) but today sister came outside for a smoke. Pretty sure her timing and positioning were such that she wanted an optimal view. I just did my thing, relaxed and ignored her. It was a slight confidence boost in that I was able to stay chill and relaxed. Hoping to take that attitude to the beach this year. Doing the g-string this summer (the tinier the better) and my neighbors were outside a lot this weekend - the weather was great so I didn't want to squander the sun. Usually I try and be discreet when they're around, or wear a more conservative thong. Not this weekend. I was in the smallest g-string for hours while they were both sitting outside (like, thinner than a shoelace). They didn't say anything and I got a GREAT tan. Planning on it again this Friday.

Hung out at the sand bar for a bit. Talked with one of the pontoon captains and the lady from the Coconut boat. Paddled all the way up the ICW and Middle River to 'The Seed' coffee shop. Put on a blue mesh top to go inside to order, but no bottom. The young women remembered my name and order, even though I have not been for about six months. (Was in Spain for the summer). Talked to the manager too. He asked if I was alone today or brought friends. Had my food and drink in a shady spot in the outside patio. Nobody there minded today's red g-string. Paddled all the way back down. Said high to a few people on the water. As I was getting near home a boat coming the other way suddenly changed course and came at me. Turns out it was a radiologist neighbor with his wife and young kids coming over to say hello. Came home, stripped off and took a shower. Checked my messages. A different neighbor saw me paddling home, asked if I had a mask for Halloween, and said "I don't have plans for dinner, I am making pasta". She often invites me over for dinner. Normally her, her husband and another female friend. Just be normal. Neighbors will talk, but once one or two decide you are a good guy the rest will generally follow suit. Pro tip: Be nice to the dogs and dog walkers, they are the ones regularly on the street and exchanging greetings. Dogs don't care what you are wearing, they just want strokes and attention. Then owners tend to like people who like their dogs.

Jm you certainly in a unique category. Maybe because of temperant climate your thong lifestyle tolerate in a posh neighborhood. Lot detail of your day, to say the least. Did you floss before going out? Sitting in outdoor patio restaurant with no bottom coverup? Usually people would react finding that gross. Even nudist sit with their own towel covering their bottoms. Just to protect any bacteria in clinging onto your tan thong bare skin bottom. Nothing worst having pimple breakout on my glutes when choosing to thong. Stark contrast from my neighborhood to say the least. Talk only to chatty, noisy, curious retired Karen neighbor. Is friendly with many households few on our street and adjacent neighborhood street. Gal comes walking her dog mid afternoon and stops to gossip about her family and plans to retired Karen neighbor. Never do i interrupt them chatting. So to if i visit Karen and neighbour with the dog stops to assume conversation only to notice i was here first. Giving me and retired Karen privacy carryon conversation. Do find it odd dog walker married mom adjacent neighbor street down, doesn’t want to step on my toes or Karen’s when we are alone. Feel retired lonely Karen gossips about my fetishes and alternative nudist lifestyle, thonging included. Reason dog walker only politely says hello to me biting her lip everytime with little dirty smirk. As she knows some deep dark secret of mine that is far too unusual. Maybe she is amused from her domestic lifestyle married,work at home mom, white picket fence, clay metal roof, pool backyard, shiny black Mercedes Benz Suv on polished stone driveway . Having recently bought her fathers home for the grown  daughter to live close by, in full renovation mode, across our street

People have their kinks and paranoia about others including me. Often people mind their business. Like you Jm and Rabbi like to gossip about neighbors bad or good they encountering. Neighbors dog barking too loud or someone banging the car doors in evening to loud third world problems. Lot more is said about me by neighborhood women through gossip that i ever known. Certainly females notice me in thong flip flops and female snug short shorts mowing my front lawn. Anyone driving by can see what one unknown female neighbor labeled as  being naked man. Meanwhile i got to live with false labels gossiped from friendly Neighbor Karen. That i have infatuation with her and my taboo secret lifestyle being nudist etc. Which makes other females avoid me with sly smirk. Guess i’m the weird one in neighborhood many believing what they do with  stereotypes. Cold now temperatures only hibernate indoors wearing more clothes when outdoors isolates neighbors from venturing to be friendly.

Only to walk over shirtless in tiny short snug shorts confront friendly neighbor women what she is up to  walking the street in a white bath towel. Joking she lost her mind aka Chin Guntae. known walking in bathrobe and slippers in public streets of New York. 

Yeah i already sense and smell chlorine on her wet hair.  She gets an invite to the neighbors pool. My spider sense tells me i never in million years get invite only because these gals  both know what i would wear. Unless the two neighbor gals want to film Los Angelos valley porno in the pool backyard. They don’t want to be put in a position of male of my sexual vibe playing in their pool. Certainly not before husband is about to arrive from work.. Gals would have a lot explaining to do.. Witnessing me in micro bulge thong be great fun. Although neighbor gals are far too modest and conservative minded. Certainly i walk back home only wearing wet bulge thong accompanied with single retired Karen neighbor. only two homes down. Only to have final stop and chat watching her get into her home. Doubt anyone would notice me since neighborhood be void of people from intensive sun and heat of afternoon. Can always dream but temperament of neighbor ladies wouldn’t share in such fantasy.
