I wore a pink joe snyder thong and walked the beach a few times and then did yoga on the beach.

I got a ton of hoots and hollers and lots of thumbs up and a few selfie requests.
One guy told me "It takes a lot of balls to wear that on the beach".
Another lady passed me on the side walk and said something like, "you are very brave to wear that".
There was one loser who called me a pervert and said "there are kids here". I didn't respond.
Kids really don't give a F what I wear and mostly ignore me. It's prudes who get offended on their behalf.
Whatever. It was a great afternoon. I am here until Wednesday. |

I'd love to thong with you (the more the merrier). We have more secluded beaches where people are a little more accepting since some of the beaches are so far apart and isolated. |

Thanks for your kind remarks, though the one lonely heckler was no big deal since I got so much positive feedback from so many other people.
Overall it was a great experience.
I am actually going to be staying on the big island with a buddy on Wednesday through Monday in Hilo.
Don't know if I'll have time to get away though. I think we have lots of hikes planned.
Today I went with an old girlfriend to Diamond Head beach and hung out there for around 4 hours.
I wore another joe snyder bulge thong with no problems.
A big sea lion (or maybe it was a seal) showed up on the beach and just hung out around the human sun bathers enjoying the sun.
It was a wonderful afternoon. |

I wore another neon pink joe snyder bulge thong with no problems.
I met a nice couple from California and hung out with them for the afternoon and we watched each others' beach kit while we each in turn climbed the big rock and jumped off of it into the water. This was a real rush. Scary and exciting.
Around 4pm, I drove back to Honolulu and returned the car. After that I made a trip back to Waikiki beach and enjoyed the sunset and took a bunch of photos with enthusiastic tourists.
It was a great day. |

I would choose a swimsuit with way more front coverage that flattens and hides the genitals; not showcases them. There are plenty of more conservative thongs that you can walk around in even at a tourist beach like Waikiki— thongs that are more about the back than the front. Business in the front, party in the back. That sort of thing. Which is how I think this forum should be, by the way. There's way too much interest in bulges and not attention to the back— the thong part that gives this forum its name. But I digress!
Not sure I agree with her calling you a pervert; that's a little much. I think you just lack good taste. And you're letting your desire to wear skimpy swimsuits get in the way of maybe remembering that there's a time and a place for that kind of thing. But we're all free to make these choices ourselves I guess. |

Most of them I stayed at the Hale Koa, a resort for military personnel right next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. I've always worn thongs on the beach there and never had an issue. I've seen plenty of thongs worn as well as occasional topless women.

When we lived there for example, I regularly wore just a sheer fishnet baggie on the beach and my wife wore very minimal to include single strings and topless on the beach, and in off season even Waikiki!
Our regular beach we went to was what is known as Polo Beach because it is more secluded and there we could wear even more minimal styles and not necessarily run into people from the office either because it can happen!

And walk about 1/8th of a mile until you get to the beach. You'll probably see nudists over there too the right side. Very tranquil beach but you'll have to carry everything that you'll need with you, food, drinks, etc...
I've thonged at ala Moana beach also. Oahu is amazing. |

Because you are completely correct about the nudists, because I spent many days nude on that beach. Actually when I lived in Oahu early 2000’s when people weren’t as paranoid about wearing thongs, I would leave my home wearing only my minimalist swimsuits. Usually a sheer or fishnet G-string or baggie and I would carry a backpack with everything I would need for the day at the beach inside. I also would frequently stop at a little gas station near the beach and buy a bag of ice or drinks and snacks! Never really giving any thoughts about being scandalous wearing a G-string
Maybe it was different back then because not everyone had a camera on them 24/7 or had social media to blast your photos on! Did I occasionally hear nasty remarks? Yes! But they were way out numbered by the positive comments! I used to wear the G-strings or baggie AS my beach cover up! Because once I set up my beach blanket I was going to be nude until it was time to go home!
I had beach friends who I would hang out with and actually one of the ladies brought me my first Bunn-G as a joke because she used to always tease me about how sheer and see-through my G-strings were. So one day I showed up and she gave me the Bunn-G and wanted to see my reaction and I smiled and tried it on for everyone and we all laughed, but she next day I wore it for my day at the beach when I left the house. |

I was fine in a spandex brief. After some investigating, I enjoyed thong and nude time at the small Diamond Head Beach. Maybe one day I’ll check out Polo. |

The only place in Hawaii I've ever had a negative comment for wearing a thong on a beach or at a resort pool, was on the beach in Kaanipali on Maui; it was 2 guys working for a water sports rental company making some derogatory comment loud enough for me to hear. Kept on thonging there for the rest of the stay though.... |

I used to g-string at Diamond Head beach and later at the Naval Air Station at Eva Beach(I believe it closed now) Hope to make it back again for a visit, definitely look you up.
