You will log on and your name will appear at the left side of the screen. Others coming on will see your name. You will see their name. If you want to chat, simply type your message at the bottom of the screen. It's very simple. Just go to: https://chatstep.com/ Type in "thongboard" on the top line. Type in your profile name on the second line. Type in password, 2 3 4 on the bottom line. That's it. Should you want to have a private conversation with someone, you must type their profile name before each message you want to send to them. Otherwise, everyone can read what you are saying to them. Hope you all enjoy visiting with other thong board members!

I know it gets frustrating to be the only one there. Today, things changed. I went into the chat room, and before I ever left, there were five of us chatting. Four of us from the U.S. (Colorado, Texas, Missouri, and Florida), plus one from the U.K. It was so much fun! If you haven't tried it, just go to https://chatstep.com. When the page comes up, type in thongboard on the top line, your user name on the second line, and the password 2 3 4 on the bottom line. One thing about this chat room that I had to learn was that if you leave the chat room, you must X out of the room. Otherwise, when you come back, it will show that someone is in the room by your name and you can't get back in. Just always X out to clear the tab, then you can come back in and chat some more. I hope you all will try this and enjoy getting to know one another. I know I enjoyed it!

Please cutback on starting new threads. Post replies to to existing threads on the subject.
If you want to cut and paste from your word processor do not do it directly.
First paste it into notepad or other basic ascii editor so that the formatting codes are removed, then cut again. This will give you clean posts.
