Please note thie 32 inch is the inner seam measurement, Im 5'10" and I went with regular length and large size, I think a medium size would fit me fine, I think Im about  your weight, the large is a bit loose around the waist but if you go for a small  the seam distance between your buns and over the package would be too tight, medium or large size, they  have a waist cord

i find that linen pants usually work out alright, but having pockets on the bum is a major bummer.  another option is lounge/pajama pants -- it's best if they have some lycra.  2(x)ist makes some swell loungepants that if you get them about a size lower than you would instinctively buy, hug pretty nicely (although not too outrageously) around your butt.  so far nothing in white, but they're in a beige-ish/green and blue/grey (i think) color combinations. and if you're wearing a thong, there's a decent chance it'll be noticeable -- the 2(x)ist loungepants are kinda like yoga pants, only not made specifically for women.  in fact, one of my roomates mentioned to me that a girl friend of his (and of myself, by association) who crashes at our apartment often enough is very aware of my snug loungepants, and so far, no requests have been made to cease.    
another thing to remember is to go to the store LeChateau, if there's one nearby.  i've been planning on buying a pair of off-white pants that are fairly lightweight, and although not white, they contain some lycra, and so they'll stretch a bit and hug the butt. 
anyways, enough of my rambling.  fare well and thong proudly.

Oh I love girls wearing this almoust transparent white trousers, and usually a coloured thong thereunder. 
I? also already looking since quite a long time for this trousers fitting to men, but unfortunately I haven? found a single one until now. It? a pity.

I just got back from a trip to NYC. Zara has great white linen trousers that are very see through. They are cut like plain front khaki pants. But thet fit great, form fitting. And yes they are quite see through. I was wearing a prevail sports thong with yellow stripes. It was quite visible from front and back. They are about $69. They also make them in beige. Now they also have the same fabrics in drawstring type pants. whichever you prefer. This was the store in SOHO. But anyone who has close access to ZARA can go and see if they have them at your location.

I own a capri white pant, it's the lowest jeans i have and also tight, i love to wear a white thong underneath my pant and it's a little noticed. I have another long pant, it's 50% linen 50% cotton, i bought it  at H&M in Paris and it's very low (not as much as the capri) boot cut and tight and the fabric it's ligther than the capri so my thongs are quite noticed underneath it. I'm looking for a white cotton pant for the beach but still havent find one, i don't like too much a 100% line pant because it doesn't fits as good as the mixed (cotton-linen) one.

Ive noticed a recent trend, more so with women than men. At Walt Disney World last year there were many women in pants with very thin white fabrics, and a lot of them wering thongs, mostly whit, but a LOT were wearing obviously bold colors like red or black. I have also seen it in malls, etc. 
Is this just a new way to flaunt the thong, or do women really NOT know they cant be seen underneath the pants.
 
Any guys out there ever wear shorts/pants where you know the fabric shows through? I have some linen shorts that would easily let some of my darker thongs show.

I always wanted a pair of these white linen pants. I always thought they looked so comfortable. Problem is I'm a pretty big guy, 6'5" with a 38 to 40 waist. Does anybody know maybe an internet site or store like a Target or something.

Hope you find what you're looking for Mike, though it sounds like your height will make the search difficult. Certainly in the UK a 33" inside leg is about the longest you'll see. White linen trousers are the thing to be wearing on a warm summer's evening and a plain white thong underneath adds to the fun ! We're going on holiday soon and it'll be nice to wander round of an evening knowing we're both showing our thongs and our tans through the material !

these aren't really white pants but more of like workout shorts. I went to target the other day and i found a pair of white mesh gym shorts from champion. These are very see through and just about every thong and g string i own shows through.

Hey - have any of you heard about this?  That a red thong does not show through under white clothes? I was having this discussion with a female friend of mine.  I was looking for either a nude colored thong or a white one for under a pair of white shorts.  She told me to avoid the white thong under white because it definitely shows through.  But then she went on to say that a red one will not show through... Haven't had a chance to try it yet because I don't own a red thong...have any of you heard this?

I do not know if red is invisible under white, but I am often wearing black or cheetah thongs under low rise jeans, and my thong get noticed when I sit. So it all depends on what you want to show...

As promised above, I tried my two red thongs under some white pants, in this case cotton pajamas I brought back from India 40 years ago and had just set aside.  In India they're outerwear, and I've decided they'll make great beach coverup pants -- very baggy and ride very low on my hips, totally awesome effect.  Best of all, Pierre-da-man's female friend is right -- red does not show thru white, for some reason.  I guess that's good or bad, depending on your game.  Enjoy.

I wouldn't consider that just a general rule, wouldn't it depend on the fabric of the shorts or pants?I would have to argue that a lot of thin white pants/shorts/skirts show through just about any color.

My wife had a number of clothing articles that are semi-sheer.  If she wore G's that were colored under them, you would easily be able to see them.  She does not usually do this however.  She has a couple of special g-string for such clothing.  They are made by Donna Karan and they are a cotton/lycra front and the straps are all made of clear silicone.  They are invisible under absolutely everything.  She even wore one to a wedding this year to go under a missoni dress she wore.  We bought several because I think they were discontinued by DK.   More common with michelle is seeing the outline of her G's rather than the color.  Many of her evening clothes are fairly body conforming and you can often see the outline of her little G's.  She knows this, and often asks me if I would rather her go without undies.  My usual answer is no, as i actually like that you can see her outlines

As far as i am concerned, I dont wear underwear so you cant see anything on me.  I did, however, recently purchase a pair of very sheer shorts to wear as a "coverup" in miami.  They are white, made of an onionskins they material and you can plainly see anything that is under it.  Will be interesting to see if i really do have the guts to wear it as a coverup to my muscleskins when i hit sobe this spring

 In SoBe, you needn't worry much about covering anything up.  More telling will be if you can convince yourself to wear them anywhere else!  I've got a very old pair of cotton gym shorts (like the girls cheer shorts now, but I've had them and worn them for upwards of 20 years now.  The inner lining is gone, and they are yellow, so you can see everything right through.  I wore those as my "coverup" on the Miami Beach trip we just took.  It was quite obvious that I was wearing a thong under them, but that's completely ok with me, and certainly ok for Miami.  I've worn them to the gym back home a few times, but I'm always much more conscious of of the lack of coverage there.

Whenever I wear white pants I wear a nude color g string underneath.  VS Pink makes a nice sheer one (tiny) as does CK.  The nude color blends in naturally with your skin and is much less visible under white than a white g strin would be.  That, of course, is if you don't want people to see what you are wearing.

alisa...that is exactly what my wife does as well.  She actually has some very practical ones from Donna Karan.  They have silicone straps that lay perfectly flat under everything,  They are invisible under absolutely everything.

It is my biggest fetish I guess - thongs under white pants (on females). My wife wears a lot of white pants (due to her job) and mostly she is weraing white or nude color thongs. She doesn´t really care, if her underpants are visible. Sometimes I am even jeleous, she is walking like that;)
As far as my pants goes: I have one shorts (from Wilkinson) - they are white and don´t have that croscross material, so doesn´t matter what i wear under them, it is visible. I wore those white shorts only on vacation in Egypt, but with long enough T-shirt, to cover my back - I still don´t have enough courage.
I also have two pairs of linen pants - white and beige. In both,every underware is visible. I mean those pants aren´t as visible as some ladies pants, but if you look at my back, you will see thongs lines - and when things are white, you will see whole thongs. But sometimes I wore them for some casual meetings with friends, but don´t think anyone noticed.
A little bit dofferent is with white pants. They are - I would say 50% see thru. Plus, when I am sitting in a hot day for an hour on leather chair, my butt is wet, so the pants are even more see thru. So everytime I wore them, I also had long T shirt or shirt, cause with out them, it would be extreme;)
I wish to feel comfortable in seethru pants...
Everytime we go out and I wear any of those pants, I am asking my wife, if my thongs are visible. She almost always says they are not, and almost always, I can see them in the mirror hehehe.
Funny story: We saw once a couple going to the church, with a baby. The guy was wearing white pants, and before they came in, he asked his wife something, and she checked his butt. We were standing on the balcony and start laughing (not loud), because we knew, what he asked - just the excactly thing I am asking my wife, before we go out:)

Hi guys,

As I'm sure many of you are aware, white linen shorts/trousers make a really good display of a thong, especially if the thong is also white or a bright neon colour!

Unfortunately, if you go on a hunt for nice white linen shorts, you'll ALWAYS end up finding they have the dreaded rear pockets. While that may be preferable to many men, not only for convenience but also for modesty, but for me , it is a definite downside!

I have a few pairs of white linen shorts to which I have painstakingly removed the rear pockets from the inside and sewn up the pocket entry. This leaves a clearly visible image of whatever thong I happen to be wearing at the time.

My question is, does anyone else have white linen shorts that they make the most of? And, I would love to know some online stores where I can buy white linen shorts without pockets already. I'm aware most women's linen shorts have smooth rear's but has anyone found any mens? Failing that, are their any good female linen shorts that work on men?

I'm a huge fan of wearing white linen shorts with a really clear white thong showing through, people who notice the visible thong always think that I am unaware and they feel like they are getting a cheeky thrill. I like giving that cheeky thrill to people, the kind that makes them think, 'ooo look, that guy is wearing a thong and I've caught him'. For me, thongs and linen shorts represent the freedom of a summers day or a lovely care-free holiday... I just need to know more places I can buy them lol!!

I guess I have a different point of view on this.  When wearing white pants, I prefer not to have any pantylines showing, if at all possible.  However, white linen is probably the toughest one to avoid pantylines.  Beige or skin toned thongs are your best bet, but, even at that, they sometimes show through a little.  I know some women wear "Spanx".  This, I absolutely refuse to do.  As much as I understand their functionality, they are just too ugly/utilitarian.  I'd rather just wear a beige and, if it shows through a little, well so be it, I tried!

Now, popular misconception is that white under white is a good thing.  White definitely shows through under white!

I know it is also different for men vs. women.  Guys, if you want to show off your thong, that is your choice.  Go for it if you want.  As a woman though, I think we want to show off a certain element of fashion sense, and having your panties clearly show through your pants, is not typically a good thing.

I did see a female with a white gauze sundress on - with a black thong underneath, that was clearly visable and she knew it too.  It was in church last week.  Quite a sight and quite a stir among the other female church goers - the men didn't mind at all, lol

I believe it is "accepted" that white pants/shorts/skirts/etc. are simply going to show what you're wearing underneath anyways, regardless of whether you are a man or woman.
Personally, I think it is tacky to wear anything other than thong/g-string/nothing under white.  On top of that, I think that it is basic fashion sense to wear solid white or nude colored underwear under white.  Yes, your underwear will probably be visible...and yes that is fine.  (I think the exception would be low rise thongs...very tacky IMO)
I only wear white thongs under white pants and shorts.  Yes, if you're checking out my ass you will notice I'm wearing a thong...lol.

I still don't know what to make of these pants. They're super comfortable. I'm thinking they aren't going to be accepted anywhere, but the beach or some sort of holiday activity.

Maybe those mesh long pants would be suitable for people who are not comfortable walking from their room to the pool in just a thong, 
but don't want to use shorts as a cover up because that would be sort of implying that shorts were more proper. 
Just a bit more cover, and obviously need to be removed before taking a dip in the pool.
Nobody would expect you to keep them on for swimming.

I have often seen women pulling on a semi transparent or lace shorts, sundress or long pants over a thong, 
when they want to go into a beach front bar or shop, or arriving that way before stripping off to just a thong.   
You can still see they are wearing a thong under, but it provides just a bit more cover and respectability, without fully covering up.

  yes I own a pair of black gauze Beach cover-up pants and a few other random transparent or holy cover up shorts. But I also own a pair of rather thin tan linen pants that can be seen through in just the right sunlight and I usually wear a black thong under it. But I have found that wearing a white thong under something White is far more visible than a black one. I have even worn a Victoria Secret's v-string purple thong under something light colored or white and it has been visible

I saw a woman get off the train the other day wearing white leggings and her blaack thong was very visible from the back. Yesterday a woman at one of my college meetings was wearing a white skirt and because of the projector on her, you could make out her underwear easily.

i don't have any linen trousers, but i do have a couple of pairs of white lycra leggings or lycra shorts which show pretty much anything worn underneath, and i use this to great effect when i wear them, which is fairly regularly. they always seem to get some form of reaction whenever they are worn. a couple of times it has ended up in a full blown conversation about thongs which is always fun. 

one time i i went to the bakery in my white skins that are my profile pic, which have a semisheer mesh pannel at the front, so you could clearly see the pouch of my turquoise olaf benz 'sunstring' thong through the material. as i walked in i caught her looking down and smiling, then as i was handing over my note to pay and i dropped it, so i went to pick it up, and when i turned back around the lady behind the counter had a smile on her face and said "im sorry but do you know you can see your thong wearing those leggings" so i just said "oh crap, i didnt think do they show through that bad?" so she says yeh theyre pretty obvious and she asked why i wore one, so i said  what would she wear if she wore leggings and she laughed and said fair point. and she asked if i deliberatetly chose a thong that showed through, and so i said "on occasion, but with these ones it's kind of unavoidable..." and she told me about her wet look leggings she says she always wears a lace thong underneath as pantylines are unavoidable so may as well make them sexy, which i agreed with.

Enjoyed your story acting all shocked. Most woman hate leggings that are sheer. In most cases all leggings under certain lighting conditions and position will be sheer when stretched enough.

Don’t know if I show my thong when wearing lighter coloured leggings. Only observe woman smiling or smirking when I do exercises bending over exposing my backside. 

Do agree with your friend when I see woman  in Leggings wearing panties find the outline all to obvious. While seeing outline of thong or string less obvious but sexier.

Had chat with a woman about leggings. She brought up wanting to buy a pair but found them all to sheer to wear. Telling me her underwear could be seen. I stood silent not knowing what to say while she smiled upon me. Thoughts came to mind that if you wearing a thong it don’t matter. Or choose a matching colour thong to her leggings. 
Wanted to say I own two leggings in tangerine orange and white with grey lines. All show my underwear or thong from the front. In my situation I match the thong to the leggings even though the show through didn’t believe it was a big deal. Until had older dear female trainer tell me her favourite leggings were the orange and white/grey. I told her they were sheer. She says I know. I was surprised that she liked them on me showing so much underneath. I concluded that trainer was more then polite to respect of my leggings I wear. For conservative woman like her to observe my leggings saying they her favourite told me something about her.

I'm somewhat of an exhibitionist. I wear white tights at the gym and I usually wear a white thong under them.  I obviously don't mind if someone notices my thong. Yes the white on white definitely stands out. Maybe this would encourage others to wear thongs. As of now though i'm pretty much an island when it comes to showing off a little bit.

Hi guys ! Its been a long time since my last post. I met a new gf and i didnt have much time for me.Now she wennt to her parental home for Christmass and i am free again...
Well, a few days ago, we saw together a old comedy series back from 2000, it was my favorite back then. my gf of cource was maybe 4 years old at 2000...
anyway... in episode 1 there is afight between a mom and her son. He is wearing whiter sweatpants. i had the same pair and they were from thin and transparent fabric. thin so was easy to see underwear lines but not so transparent because it had inner lining which covered all the lenght of the sweatpant.
Please consider that from 2000 to 2005 was the pick time for men thongs in Greece.
 I think that the guy wear a thong.
In my opinion the signs are : 1) when he stands up from the computer i can see the typical side line of a thong.. 2) he pull up a little the sweatpant as we all do to secure than no whaletail will show 3) at the following scene i can see the lower back of his sweatpant dig in a little,following the back strap...
I think that he continues to wear the thong at the scene where he pick up something from the bridge, but right after ( maybe a next day shooting) he obviously wears a white bikini.

I'm looking for thongs to wear under white trousers.  I have some gauze-like pants and some in linen.  If I wear white under them it highlights the underwear almost making it glow. I'm thinking about nude or beige.

My everyday wear is Ikingsky (because they are true to size and fit great), but I can't get their beige unless I order multi-packs with other colors, and really the last thing I need is more thongs. LOL I already have more than my wife. 

I have a 36 waist so I'm a bit loathe to try some of the asian brands for fear that even if I order 2 or 3 sizes up they will still not be comfortable.  If there other colors that you think might work well, please let me know. 

Any questions, comments, groans of pain?  We're going on holiday to the Caribbean in a few months, and I really want to make use of my white pants for dinners out.

I have found that white g-strings or thongs seem to show thru more than any other color under my
white gauze and linen shorts.  After all, I want to show that I am wearing a string or thong and that
is the reason or purchasing gauze and linen shorts in white.  On vacations of course, a g-string is
my most common suit for at the pool or beach.  The smaller, the better, the more transparent wet or
dry are my go to suits.  Recently, I have been leaning toward tear-drop pouches that allow quite a
bit of side view and I really like them and have had no complaints or problems.  So at night, why not
continue the parade?

	Re：Thong under white trousers, pants or shorts Date Posted：06/15/2006 11:20:09Copy HTML i find that linen pants usually work out alright, but having pockets on the bum is a major bummer. another option is lounge/pajama pants -- it's best if they have some lycra. 2(x)ist makes some swell loungepants that if you get them about a size lower than you would instinctively buy, hug pretty nicely (although not too outrageously) around your butt. so far nothing in white, but they're in a beige-ish/green and blue/grey (i think) color combinations. and if you're wearing a thong, there's a decent chance it'll be noticeable -- the 2(x)ist loungepants are kinda like yoga pants, only not made specifically for women. in fact, one of my roomates mentioned to me that a girl friend of his (and of myself, by association) who crashes at our apartment often enough is very aware of my snug loungepants, and so far, no requests have been made to cease. another thing to remember is to go to the store LeChateau, if there's one nearby. i've been planning on buying a pair of off-white pants that are fairly lightweight, and although not white, they contain some lycra, and so they'll stretch a bit and hug the butt. anyways, enough of my rambling. fare well and thong proudly.

They are cut like plain front khaki pants. But thet fit great, form fitting. And yes they are quite see through. I was wearing a prevail sports thong with yellow stripes. It was quite visible from front and back. They are about $69. They also make them in beige. Now they also have the same fabrics in drawstring type pants. whichever you prefer. This was the store in SOHO. But anyone who has close access to ZARA can go and see if they have them at your location.

I have another long pant, it's 50% linen 50% cotton, i bought it at H&M in Paris and it's very low (not as much as the capri) boot cut and tight and the fabric it's ligther than the capri so my thongs are quite noticed underneath it. I'm looking for a white cotton pant for the beach but still havent find one, i don't like too much a 100% line pant because it doesn't fits as good as the mixed (cotton-linen) one.

At Walt Disney World last year there were many women in pants with very thin white fabrics, and a lot of them wering thongs, mostly whit, but a LOT were wearing obviously bold colors like red or black. I have also seen it in malls, etc. Is this just a new way to flaunt the thong, or do women really NOT know they cant be seen underneath the pants. Any guys out there ever wear shorts/pants where you know the fabric shows through? I have some linen shorts that would easily let some of my darker thongs show.

Certainly in the UK a 33" inside leg is about the longest you'll see. White linen trousers are the thing to be wearing on a warm summer's evening and a plain white thong underneath adds to the fun ! We're going on holiday soon and it'll be nice to wander round of an evening knowing we're both showing our thongs and our tans through the material !

In India they're outerwear, and I've decided they'll make great beach coverup pants -- very baggy and ride very low on my hips, totally awesome effect. Best of all, Pierre-da-man's female friend is right -- red does not show thru white, for some reason. I guess that's good or bad, depending on your game. Enjoy.

If she wore G's that were colored under them, you would easily be able to see them. She does not usually do this however. She has a couple of special g-string for such clothing. They are made by Donna Karan and they are a cotton/lycra front and the straps are all made of clear silicone. They are invisible under absolutely everything. She even wore one to a wedding this year to go under a missoni dress she wore. We bought several because I think they were discontinued by DK. More common with michelle is seeing the outline of her G's rather than the color. Many of her evening clothes are fairly body conforming and you can often see the outline of her little G's. She knows this, and often asks me if I would rather her go without undies. My usual answer is no, as i actually like that you can see her outlines As far as i am concerned, I dont wear underwear so you cant see anything on me. I did, however, recently purchase a pair of very sheer shorts to wear as a "coverup" in miami. They are white, made of an onionskins they material and you can plainly see anything that is under it. Will be interesting to see if i really do have the guts to wear it as a coverup to my muscleskins when i hit sobe this spring

I've got a very old pair of cotton gym shorts (like the girls cheer shorts now, but I've had them and worn them for upwards of 20 years now. The inner lining is gone, and they are yellow, so you can see everything right through. I wore those as my "coverup" on the Miami Beach trip we just took. It was quite obvious that I was wearing a thong under them, but that's completely ok with me, and certainly ok for Miami. I've worn them to the gym back home a few times, but I'm always much more conscious of of the lack of coverage there.

VS Pink makes a nice sheer one (tiny) as does CK. The nude color blends in naturally with your skin and is much less visible under white than a white g strin would be. That, of course, is if you don't want people to see what you are wearing.

So everytime I wore them, I also had long T shirt or shirt, cause with out them, it would be extreme;) I wish to feel comfortable in seethru pants... Everytime we go out and I wear any of those pants, I am asking my wife, if my thongs are visible. She almost always says they are not, and almost always, I can see them in the mirror hehehe. Funny story: We saw once a couple going to the church, with a baby. The guy was wearing white pants, and before they came in, he asked his wife something, and she checked his butt. And, I would love to know some online stores where I can buy white linen shorts without pockets already. I'm aware most women's linen shorts have smooth rear's but has anyone found any mens? Failing that, are their any good female linen shorts that work on men? I'm a huge fan of wearing white linen shorts with a really clear white thong showing through, people who notice the visible thong always think that I am unaware and they feel like they are getting a cheeky thrill. I like giving that cheeky thrill to people, the kind that makes them think, 'ooo look, that guy is wearing a thong and I've caught him'. Beige or skin toned thongs are your best bet, but, even at that, they sometimes show through a little. I know some women wear "Spanx". This, I absolutely refuse to do. As much as I understand their functionality, they are just too ugly/utilitarian. I'd rather just wear a beige and, if it shows through a little, well so be it, I tried! Now, popular misconception is that white under white is a good thing. White definitely shows through under white! I know it is also different for men vs. women. Guys, if you want to show off your thong, that is your choice. Go for it if you want. As a woman though, I think we want to show off a certain element of fashion sense, and having your panties clearly show through your pants, is not typically a good thing. Susan

Personally, I think it is tacky to wear anything other than thong/g-string/nothing under white. On top of that, I think that it is basic fashion sense to wear solid white or nude colored underwear under white. Yes, your underwear will probably be visible...and yes that is fine. (I think the exception would be low rise thongs...very tacky IMO) I only wear white thongs under white pants and shorts. Yes, if you're checking out my ass you will notice I'm wearing a thong...lol.

Just a bit more cover, and obviously need to be removed before taking a dip in the pool. Nobody would expect you to keep them on for swimming. I have often seen women pulling on a semi transparent or lace shorts, sundress or long pants over a thong, when they want to go into a beach front bar or shop, or arriving that way before stripping off to just a thong. You can still see they are wearing a thong under, but it provides just a bit more cover and respectability, without fully covering up.

Until had older dear female trainer tell me her favourite leggings were the orange and white/grey. I told her they were sheer. She says I know. I was surprised that she liked them on me showing so much underneath. I concluded that trainer was more then polite to respect of my leggings I wear. Please consider that from 2000 to 2005 was the pick time for men thongs in Greece. I think that the guy wear a thong. In my opinion the signs are : 1) when he stands up from the computer i can see the typical side line of a thong.. 2) he pull up a little the sweatpant as we all do to secure than no whaletail will show 3) at the following scene i can see the lower back of his sweatpant dig in a little,following the back strap... After all, I want to show that I am wearing a string or thong and that is the reason or purchasing gauze and linen shorts in white. On vacations of course, a g-string is my most common suit for at the pool or beach. The smaller, the better, the more transparent wet or dry are my go to suits. Recently, I have been leaning toward tear-drop pouches that allow quite a bit of side view and I really like them and have had no complaints or problems. So at night, why not continue the parade?
