What's a 'thong workout'??

It is a typical weight lifting workout... only you just wear a thong and tennis shoes.

 Ahh...  Sometimes I'll run on the treadmill in just a thong, but I prefer jogging outside if I can.

I like to lift weights in a thong in front of a large mirror.  There is a gym in Houston that allows you to workout in a thong or jockstrap and tennis shoes.

Should be a good time!  I am going this weekend.  I can't wait!

Went for a run on the beach last weekend  in a muscleskins thong and a ball cap. It was great! I did 3.6 miles and got one approving look.

 If I ever get to Houston, I would LOVE to join you, dude!

Going for it at 2pm today if anyone cares to join me! I am so excited... I am taking 5 or 6 different swimsuits. I plan to change to a new thong between sets...
I am going in the middle of the day so that there will hopefully be a lot of people there to see me in my thongs!

Well, I put on my Joe Snyder mini cheek boxers and a SHORT tank top for the ride down town.   I was all shaven and feeling great!

I drove down and couldn't find a place to park, so I went over to the lot across the street. I was excited that there were going to be plenty of people to see me working out in just a thong!  As I parked my truck, I saw a truck leaving the parking lot at the gym.  I decided to take his spot and just walk in wearing my mini cheek boxers and half shirt tank top!  Well, I parked and sat there a moment letting 2 people walk by. 
  Then, I did it...   I got out of the truck in the smallest pair of shorts I own and a shirt that hid nothing!
As I walked to the gym I noticed a man at the bus stop right in front of the gym!  This guy was a big antimidating thug looking guy that was obviously a drug dealer or something.
I made up my mind .... I walked right by him and went in.

After I passed the thug outside, I checked in at the gym and got a locker.  The staff did not bat an eye at my attire and I went to the locker room to change.  I put on my muscleskins 1/2 inch side royal blue thong with the extreme pouch... I barely fit into it... I grabbed a towel, locked the locker, and took a good look in the full body mirror... I soaked in the fact that I was in a thong and tennis shoes at a semi public gym!...

I walked out to the weight room and got on a treadmill to warm up.... I ran about a mile, but am not sure because I was looking at myself running in the wall to ceiling mirror in front of me.... what a thrill.. several people walked through the weight area, and I think I got one jealous look from a guy...

So I did some leg work , then changed into my muscleskins 3/8 inch side thong in gunmetal!!!! Talk about little to hide... the extreme pouch leaves nothing to the imigination... and I got it customized to fit even more snug!!!!

So I did my arm sets in that thong, and I was just thrilled about the way it looks.... would have loved to have another thonger there to talk with, but it was still good.

I put on a 3/8 inch side bikini with an athletic back for shoulder presses, and I got in the sauna with it on also.

I did go nude in the steam room, but by that time I was tired  and winding down.  I put my royal blue thong back on and went for some laps in the pool, just to see how it felt.. It was fantastic.


I can't wait to do this again some time..... hope that others will join me!

Got to ask,  why so many changes of thong during your workout? Do you usually change 3 times during a session?  And where did you change? Did you go back to the changing room every time? 

yes the change room connects to the weight room, so I went back every time.... love the feel of changing in a locker room setting.

I had three brand new thongs just out of the wash, and the opportunity to wear all three in public with no hassles, so I went for it and wore each one for a differnt muscle group.  I love taking thongs off and putting them on also.

At home I just stick to one thong per workout.

Just did the first week of p90x in joe snyder mini cheek boxers... phase two will be done in bikinis and phase three in just a thong!
Made a deal with myself on that progression.  the  wife doesn't seem to care that i work out in tiny shorts...
Love the feeling and seeing the results...

Skelly, what is the name of this gym? I used to belong to Fit off of Gray and probably would not be able to work out in a thong with out covering up (admittly I never tried, I limited my thonging ventures to East Beach and the pool at the Lofts at the Ball park). I remember the good old days when women used to work out in thongs... Ahhh the 80's! :0)

Isn't that catered to gay guys? Totally nothing wrong with that, of course. It's just that wouldn't the perving interupt the workout? I'd find that annoying. Thought about going there to tan when I'm in Houston, but never got around to it.

Midtowne is a chain with clubs in big cities all over the U.S. I've been to the Dallas, Austin and Houston locations many many times. You don't have to be gay to get in but you should be aware that most of the clientele is gay or bi. But there are also lots of guys who may or may not be gay or bi that just go there to work out. Every Midtowne I've been to has a pretty serious workout facility. It's a big part of their business. During the mornings and afternoons there seems to be more of a workout-oriented crowd that is just there to use the gym. Nobody is going to "perv" on you in the gym. In fact they have a house rule about that. In Dallas and Austin you've gotta have shoes and shorts on in the gym but in Houston the rules are a bit more loose... I've seen guys using the equipment just wearing jocks. But no, nobody is gonna interrupt your workout.

In the sauna and the steamroom you can expect to see some action even in the daytime, but if you keep your towel on then nobody will bother you in there either. The later it gets into the night especially on the weekends the more players are there, and not as many gym people. You can still go to Midtowne to work out at 2am on a Saturday night (all these places are open 24 hours) and as long as you stay out of the play areas then nobody will bother you.

In any Midtowne it's full nudity out at the pool, jacuzzi and sun deck but there are usually plenty of guys in thongs anyway, just to get their tan lines going I guess. I have gone there many times in tiny little shorts that are barely street legal and no the front desk won't bat an eye, they are so used to it.

There's no reason for a straight guy to be afraid of going into Midtowne. Being there doesn't make you gay. You won't get any propositions or physical contact unless you overtly ask for it. Get a locker and a temporary membership and check it out for yourself before jumping to any conclusions.

 I did a thonged workout in my Muscleskins a couple times now at Steamworks in Chicago. I would love to have a thong workout with another thonged buddy.

Why not work out in a thong at Club Houston?  The club requires guests to wear shoes and some garment around your mid-section when you use the weight room. The other parts of the club are clothing optional. The outdoor pool is heated at all times of the year. I wear some very tiny extreme gear when I enjoy the pool there at that Club.  This place is so much nicer than Mid Towne Spa which is only a few city blocks away and on the same street. Directly south of downtown Houston. Club Houston is catty corner from the Greyhound Bus station so you can travel from other cities and freshen up at the Club.
