Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/15/2019 03:00:47Copy HTML my Instagram is - "floridaspandexjock" - I still think it's ridiculous we can't see other Thong Board members photos on here. It's totally annoying and I bet it has lost many contributors to this blog site since the removal of the ability to post photos. I believe it's the person who's monitoring this board JMruns who is still controlling that option and not allowing us to post pictures as well as many other options that are no longer available. So much for an upgrade.

Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/15/2019 04:10:38Copy HTML Jtanguy, I agree with you. Enjoyed seeing what others were wearing to the beach and adding to my wish list. Can’t understand why it’s so difficult to bring the feature back

Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/15/2019 04:24:33Copy HTML "I believe it's the person who's monitoring this board JMruns who is still controlling that option"
This is flat-out wrong. User profiles and photo albums therein are maintained globally on Aimoo, the hosting company. Nobody on this board, moderator included, has any control over how prolfiles work. This is one of many forums hosted on Aimoo, if you click around some of the other forums you will find their members' profiles look exactly the same as ours. Not arguing that it sucks, but if you're gonna point a finger try to do so in the right direction.

Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/16/2019 04:34:11Copy HTML You are right, I am the moderator, but I don't prevent people from posting pictures to the Albums on their profiles. That is a flaw in the "upgraded" Aimoo.com software. |

Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/16/2019 07:18:35Copy HTML Well, I attempted to join the Aimoo help forum and received the message:
"One IP address can only registers one account every day"...
Sooo... Presumably, this brilliantly informative grammatically questionable message suggests (maybe,) that only one person can join the forum per day???
I was about to post a reply/message asking for the AIMOO tech/engineer managing the service to respond directly with a list of top feature/problem enhancements/fixes planned along with completion time frames...
Unless the person in charge of making operational changes to the AIMOO service can list what they are doing and when, there is NO guarantee anything will happen in any reasonable time frame IMO...
IF the moderator of this (thongboard) could clarify or at least suggest how much 'business' i.e. income is being lost potentially as a result of the missing image posting functionality - maybe 'they' can justify the effort required to fix it.

Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/17/2019 01:34:12Copy HTML Ha, their business income model seems haphazard to broken at best. At this time we are not paying any fees and we don't have any advertisements, so not going to put a stick in that hornet's nest.
No idea what the IP address message means. Have not seen that before. Maybe your ISP bundles IP addresses, or you are behind a corporate or company firewall where all the users appear to share one external IP address, or you are using a VPN - AND - someone on the same system signed up already. Try again tomorrow.
Don't mention funds, do mention restoring prior functionality and that it is important to you as a regular Aimoo.com user. - At least your error message was not a chinese SQL error screen.

Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/17/2019 10:03:08Copy HTML Wasn't it said somewhere that many of the posted photos were deemed obscene to someone so that's maybe why it's disabled- so the site hosting company doesn't get accused to porno distribution in some one or other country. Yes listing your Insta addy here will be helpful- I don't know if it could be placed in the profile section ??

Re：Your Instagrams :D Date Posted：04/17/2019 10:48:52Copy HTML Has nothing to do with the content of photos. Prior photo removal was by Aimoo.com on an individual basis.
The problem is a defect in the current version of the Aimoo.com software that they seem rather reluctant to fix.
See my post above.
