Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/01/2016 01:46:59Copy HTML Has anyone had experience with both TXM and the Taiwanese iSwim? I got some tights and a swim thong from iSwim. The tights are wonderful, and while the suit does fit, it would fit better if it were a tad larger, although I got the largest size available. I'm curious how the fit of the two brands compares.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/05/2016 08:35:10Copy HTML I have been ordering and wearing both for years. The TXM tends to be a lighter fabric and somewhat larger so an L (I typically wear a M suit in anything but muscleskins) firs fine. In Iswim I find that the XL fits great! If you are an american L or larger, these asian suits may not be for you.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:07/06/2019 03:58:16Copy HTML I made a post about this company a few years ago and just read it again.
I have bought nothing but these now for 4-5 years.
These are the best.
You must study the website and try some.
I do not wear anything but T-backs or Strings
I think that is the way they list them.
I ALWAYS get the ones with the most stretch.
I am a Medium in Western sizes and I don't have huge penis and testicles but I am not small.
If you get ones that are not stretch fabric you will be very tight in them especially if there is no Center Seam.
The Styles are endless but I have learned my preferences and experimented...
As I say I wear nothing but these now.
The fit is so nice and the feel is so SEXY.
Even the tight and very low cuts I have gotten used to and love them.
The prices are decent and they have sales from time to time.
Make sure to go to the English side of the site.
They Ship FAST , you will get them from Japan in 3-6 days...
I look for sales and then go through the styles and fabrics...
I will get Mediums in some that I know will work and go towards Large when I am not sure.
THESE ARE THE BEST THONGS I HAVE EVER FOUND.... AND I HAVE LITERALLY HUNDREDS.
I HAVE ALL THE MAJOR BRANDS... GREGG HOMME , THE GERMAN'S -TENDENZE, CoverMale etc... etc..
If you are looking for SEXY AND WELL MADE THONGS which are COMFORTABLE These are the BEST
These are not Bulky and Odd in an attempt to make a thong more masculine... these are certainly on the Feminine Side.
Lastly as an avowed Thong loving Fetishist Thonger...who wears them 14-16 Hours a day here are my keys to the BEST.
Keys to the BEST thongs
Cut , cut to look and feel great...you know what you like
Fabric... I cannot say what it is , but I know it when I feel and wear it.
The "Taint" which in the Urban dictionary is the area between the anus and the vagina...
To me it is on me , a MAN the area between my Anus and my Nutsac.
A BAD thong has a bunch of Seam and Fabric and Stitching there.
This makes most Junk Thongs UNCOMFORTABLE AND USELESS.
High quality Thongs your TAINT feels nothing...
These are the BEST there is no clutter there at all on these thongs
I have probably $2000 in this brand and no regrets...

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:07/07/2019 07:49:12Copy HTML Smooth — The iSwim pouches tend to be very snug. There is a separate thread about them here. Many of the styles are available in both "swimwear" and "underwear" versions, with different fabric. The swimwear versions seem to run a bit small, as is common for Asian companies. The underwear versions are a little roomier. Also, many of the "underwear" fabrics have better stretch. As I said, they seem to be cutting back a lot on their styles. They used to have a lot more choices for rear styles, for instance. They got rid of all their G-string rears. I have found them to be very well made. I personally like the "Nudist" pouch, which has a few different varieties that I don't quite get. |

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:07/08/2019 03:14:19Copy HTML Initially I wasn't interested in TXM after checking out the website, as most of them seem to not have a pouch design, and mannequins usually don't present the suits well. But things have changed after I visited Japan. I went to a few major department stores, and I was surprised all big stores carry TXM and some other sexy brands in men's department. I was able to feel the fabric in person - they are tiny, but so thin, so sheer and so stretchy. I bought a thong without central seam, and after I tried it on, it was so comfortable. And I realized that depending on the fabric, there doesn't always need to be a seam or semi-seam to make a pouch. Recently I saw they have a promotion online, so I place my first order with them online. They were well packed and shipped fast, but after receiving them, I was frustrated. 2-3 suits I picked based on web pictures turned out not wearable at all, either too small front, or too loose strap. I guess I probably won't buy them anymore unless I can make sure it'll be a good fit. The "try on" cost is too high for me. |

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:07/08/2019 09:25:30Copy HTML I have learned the hard way what to get and what NOT to get.
Some very stretchy in L are ok with NO seam.
I always look at the chart and pick most stretch and always the lowest cut.
The ones with SEAMS in the crotch and stretchy are almost 100% of the time OK.
I mainly look for L size ... but sometimes with seams and stretch will relent and get M.
These are simply not for regular guys... you have to be into the lowcut very compact and somewhat tight feel.
I have learned to like them and wear nothing else 99% of the time...
VERY HIGH QUALITY AND FABRIC
I did the "Try On" method at first... lots of misses some hits... the hits were so good I stuck with it
I have a methodology now and it works most of the time...
Usually when I am wrong it is because I really liked the way one looked but maybe it was not stretchy and that will tight.
there is a scale with 1-5 stars... for Elastisity , Rise & Fabric thickness...
I like to go 5 stars Elastisity 5 stars Thin and 5 stars Low rise.. then there is the stitch...
you have to research ...
Lastly , they change the styles often and are all gone... so good luck

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/18/2019 04:38:42Copy HTML When Dore was alive, I wore only Dore bikinis. After Dore was gone, I discovered TxM or TM. Now that's all I wear on the beach. The quality and workmanship is impeccable. Shipping is quick, less than a week. All the ones I have are made of the wet-look spandex material. They offer new designs frequently. Their so called "sexy cut" bikini is my current favorite in neon green, yellow and orange. Many of their styles are only offered in medium. I am not a petite guy and medium works fine for me. The material is quite stretchy. I wouldn't order a size large if offered. (Be advised that there are cheap knockoffs on aliexpress. They are junk. If you see Polygrans under the manufacturers name, they are not the real deal. They go as far as to picture an actual TM product complete with the TM logo, but when you receive your order it will be a fake.) |

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/23/2019 01:27:26Copy HTML yes all good points, bmillerw . I only know about "Thongs" so your fittings with bikinis are a different dynamic than what I look for. I still order Thongs from Dore or Beachandance. I have problems sometimes with the craftsmanship but all in all Tambre gets fairly close to Dore. She has organized the line ... and does not make fit I preferred but I have adapted and had her modify the front to fit. I only wear her Thongs for work out or to Sun in at home and limited public places.
Your point about knockoffs and fakes it right on... the Chinese "thieves that they are" sell crap using the label that looks like the Japanese brand but is total shit. Buying directly from the Real TM is so perfect. They are fast and precise.
I may need to try some for the "Beach"

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/26/2019 02:01:19Copy HTML I decided to take the plunge, and ordered two suits from TXM. First is a "Just Impact" in "Strikeskin" fabric, in size L: http://www.txm.co.jp/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=13618 When I first looked at it, I thought that the waist band seemed pretty small, but it fits fine. I particularly like that the waist strap is very thin, which is a look I like. I have some similar suits from iSwim and Swirl Fashion, and they all are very nice, but due to the thin waist and a pouch that fits me just a little better, I think this is the winner. Since they all are the same color (Bright Green), maybe I'll wear them all in rotation, and see if my beach friends can tell the difference The other one I got was a teardrop G-string in "Moitured"(?) fabric, size M: http://www.txm.co.jp/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=13659 The waist on this is definitely on the small side, but it has plenty of stretch so fit is not too much of a problem. Plus, it rides right at the narrowest point of my midsection, which helps a lot. I really like very small teardrops, and this fits the bill to a Tee. I have one from Val at SWIC which is even smaller, but some of the others in the same style I've gotten from her have varied in size (mostly larger). This suit has Foldover elastic, as does Val's. The TXM has a more stretchy fabric, which is good and bad — the fabric I ordered from Val require frequent checking, to be sure that I am still completely inside the suit, but is covers less even when it covers enough. The TXM is more "Set and Forget". I was VERY impressed with the shipping. Order was shipped the day after I placed it, and I received it the following day. Three days from Tokyo to Chicago, door to door — definitely worth the twenty bucks! |

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/27/2019 02:42:06Copy HTML They only sell them on their own website and Rakuten. Other websites seem to be the knockoffs from China. I ordered couple of from Aliexpress. The workmanship looks fine, but the fabric is absolutely different. I also started wearing their thongs as swimsuits on C/O beach. Definitely turned more heads than being naked.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:12/20/2020 09:40:20Copy HTML I wouldn't worry about the size. The large should be fine unless you are enormous. Their styles are all tiny but are meant to be stretched to fit. I am a size 34 in the waist and I routinely wear their medium sized suits. They fit like a second skin. In many styles, they only offer mediums.
One thing you need to know is that they will make a batch of a style and when they are sold out, that's it. They're gone. If you see something you want you have to make your move. They are constantly adding new styles and retiring whatever style they have sold out of. The website indicates how many of a particular item are remaining in stock.
Note: Sale items are designs that have proven to be unpopular. They are products that are selling slowly so the price is reduced to move them.
My favorite material for beachwear is the superwet material. I think that their products made of most other materials are meant to be underwear. But as long as it will pass for beachwear, go for it. I have worn what was supposed to be underwear on the beach.
I think you will find that the quality of TxM products is absolutely impeccable. They are of the highest quality.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:12/21/2020 06:31:16Copy HTML Thanks for your reply. I'm a 32/33 waist so M would be the correct size for me. I ordered a few times from iSwim, also an asian company, and went for L.
The fabric you mention, Superwet, is this thin and stretchy? I don't care if a suit or fabric is meant as underwear; if it looks like swimwear it is OK for me.
I will definitely order from them. I will start with the BULGE SHARP T-back I think.
What do they mean with 'shallow'? Does it mean low cut or the opposite?
|
| bmillerw | #127 |
|
|
Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:12/21/2020 08:41:27Copy HTML I think shallow means low cut. I would consider most of their styles that I have seen as low cut, if not very low cut, both front and back. I'm talking very near the legal limit of low.
Superwet material is thin and stretchy and comes in several neon colors. I haven't found their materials to be rigid. The materials I've seen are stretchy.
Expect the size M to be snug on you. They are made undersize with the intention of being a stretched fit.
The Bulge Sharp T-back is made of YKS material. It is very stretchy. It is a shiny satin-looking material.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:12/22/2020 04:59:01Copy HTML Yes, "shallow" means low rise. It says "rise" on the left side of the star rating.
I wanted to try out their half back models, so got a bunch in that style a couple of weeks ago. They were running a promotion (1 free suit of their choice for orders above some $ value) and what they gave me was a big hit!
My favorite fabric is Strike Skin. It stretches very well and super smooth, very nice feeling to touch. They have star ratings for stretchiness, which was helpful in choosing.
Sizing wise, I usually get S or M with other brands, and with TM, I prefer L over M. That said, I find that it really depends on the model, so it's good to study the pictures, especially the ones that are laid out (not on a model). And customer service will give you measurements if you email them, they're quick enough to respond. One mistake I made was getting some suits without any seam on the pouch in size M and that just doesn't fit. I am only going to stick to ones with half or full front seam on the pouch.
Shipping was super fast, but DHL on the US side was doing weird things, and that added a couple of days. They kept saying "undeliverable address" and it turns out they needed my building number on top of the unit # of the condo, and no one has ever asked for that... I had to go find out my own bldg #. I chose DHL because the webite said EMS (the cheaper option) was having trouble due to covid, but it might have been ok to use that. My experience with EMS a couple of years ago was good.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/02/2021 06:31:28Copy HTML The ones on aliexpress are fake. They are junk. Go down to manufacturer and it will probably say Polygrans or some such but it won't say TxM or TM. They steal pictures from the TxM website to push their cheap products. Go up and read the postings above on this topic. Global rakuten or the TxM website are the only places I know of that sell the real thing online.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/02/2021 07:11:30Copy HTML I understand that some of the stuff on Aliexpress are fake but this is an actual TM Underwear Store front. I figured it might be more legit. I know the sellers there can easily steal pictures from websites, but I wouldn't think they would steal their actual name and use it on their store front in Aliexpress. With that said, it could be legit TM styles but possibly overruns or irregular styles? I have bought some stuff from their store in the past and it seemed well made to me and decent quality.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/02/2021 07:23:44Copy HTML That Ali shop is definitely fake, TM only makes M and L size (and L is actually the same as an European S). I love them, and yes they are expensive, but its it pure quality that lasts. Some of my Bruno Banani thongs are just worn out, stretched out (maybe like 5-7 years old?). But the TM ones are still fine, no wear.
I did an order on AliExpress like a year ago for some of the fake TM, did not even arrive, so I disputed and they refunded me.
I would love to try to see if I could do another cheap order, but I doubt if it would get close to the actual TM quality.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/02/2021 09:16:26Copy HTML I have actually had good luck with orders from Aliexpress. Sizing and quality can be hit or miss but when you are paying +/- $5 per thong, its worth the risk in my opinion.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/02/2021 09:53:08Copy HTML OK so after all the talk today, I am going to place an order on the TM website. From reading the thread above, I know I need to order size L from them to fit my 36" waist. I am looking for the Extend well stars for highest stretch and thin fabric. I am thinking the rise I want is Usually. I will be wearing these as underwear mostly so I am thinking wider side straps instead of the string sides? Although I will likely order both. I prefer T back over g-string style. Are these good choices for first time buyer from USA?

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/02/2021 10:50:15Copy HTML I buy TxM products such as the sexy cut wet look bikinis to wear on the beach. Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/02/2021 11:31:40Copy HTML I am price sensitive so I would not pay that much for underwear, but each to his own.
TM sizes run small, so for a 36" waist I would probably go XL.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:02/03/2021 03:09:17Copy HTML I don't think they offer a so called size XL. They have a size LL in their size information section but I don't recall seeing that size available in any of their styles. They state that their size L is 84cm-94cm which is approx. 33"-37" in US size. If the fabric has a high stretch (extend) factor then I believe a size L would work for my 36" waist. Since they charge a flat shipping fee of 2000 yen, it makes sense to order several pair to cost average the shipping.

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/02/2021 12:53:53Copy HTML Back in February of this year I was going to place an order on the TXM website but they didn't have any thongs in size LL so I didn't place an order. I was on the site last week and they had a thong design in size LL so I ordered 2 of them. Anxious to get the 'real' TM thong and see how they fit and look. I got my shipping notice today and opted with the regular EMS shipping. In my experience with Wicked Weasel thongs shipping DHL, the shipping times weren't great so I didn't opt for the extra shipping charge. Hopefully they won't take long to arrive and I will post an update on how they fit when they arrive. |

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/02/2021 05:27:57Copy HTML TXM underwear is some of the highest quality underwear on the market. They most make super stretchy synthetic underwear. I use to order from them often but sadly they have decreased the selection in the LL size. Enjoy! |

Re:TXM, New japanese company Date Posted:08/10/2021 04:57:46Copy HTML Still waiting to my TM order to show up in the USA. Departed Tokyo on the 4th and hasn't shown up on the USPS tracking app yet. I thought some had received their orders within a week to the USA. I didn't use the DHL premium shipping option so maybe that is the problem.....along with COVID. Hopefully they will make an appearance and deliver later this week to me. I am anxious to get them. Anyone here in the USA order from them recently and use the standard shipping method? If so, how long did it take to delivery to you in USA? |
